To be be honest, unless you going for heroic Garrosh, everything else he drops I think can be substituted elsewhere. They'll fix the heirloom drops in 6.0, where you can bring in a flex raid makeup on normal so everyone can get the loots, before the expansion proper hits.

Also, starting June 2nd I will be out for at least 2 weeks while I move back to Michigan. AC will need fill in dps during this time.
I am hopeful I will be able to return to raid on June 18th (a Wednesday). However, a more likely return date will be the following Monday.
