I have looked for fill ins for this raid so many times over the past month of raid and I'm sick of it to be honest. I'm almost to the point of dropping out myself. I plan week after week after week to be here and there's always something going wrong. We hardly EVER have what we call our "core group". We cannot progress like this. I know i sound frustraited but everything I said is the truth. Something has to change soon. Period.

Anything more doesn't really accomplish much; people get tired, frustrated, and overall the performance declines. To be honest, what out of 10 man hardmode are we looking at gear wise? To me, this seems more like achievements and such and maybe offspec gear. Am I wrong?

saedo — Sat, 04/24/2010 - 19:33Most likely gear wise the 10 man Heroic loot > 25 man normal loot, for the dps at least. Quite a few of the pieces are purposely itemized with less stamina to boost dps so it's attractive. And there's probably the trinkets.
Anyways, maybe you guys should think of extending instance?

Rescue Toaster — Sat, 04/24/2010 - 23:02Trinkets are an interesting thing. I find that most trinkets out of ToGC are fundamentally better than some of the gimmicky ones out of ICC. This may only apply to my disc healing though. I've proposed extension of the raid to people as I come across them but haven't cited on the forums. Probably a good idea...

We've got to find another dps for EXR. We've got to find someone that's consistant. One night a week isn't too hard to ask for doing hardmodes and such.
We still have to get Saurfang HM for Grasen and Ruesch. UGH Although, this time I say we work on it for 30min and if hasn't happened we move on. I don't really want to spend an hour and a half on him again when we can be working on other things further in the instance.
We've got Putricide this weekend. Just need to have a little better execution and we'll have it. We need to work our way to Sindragosa to start on her. That shouldn't be too hard to do.
