I know I really only fill in (and thanks to the lack of healer attendance, its been often), but since I said I'm usually available Monday and Tuesday's, I feel compelled to post and say I won't be around Monday. The wifey and I are dumping Cerie off at the grandparents house and have tickets to a 7:30pm showing of The Nutcracker.
I'll assume I am among the offenders. I apologize but its a crazy time of year and staring at a computer for 16+ hours a day is starting to burn me out. Minus Monday, I am going to take this week off of raiding to catch up on RL. Hopefully, I'll be refreshed after the holiday.
I'm watching attendance very closely. As of late, our Wednesday healer attendance has been absolutely stunningly miserable. I'm chalking this up mostly to it being so close to the holidays.
After New Year's comes and goes, though, you'd best believe that if this behavior keeps up, we'll start replacing repeat offenders.
It's bad enough when people don't show up on Wednesday/Mondays for HM Anub shots. It's even worse when half your healers don't show up on a night when it's all of HM ToGC25.
Continued poor attendance must be met with a permanent replacement. Yes, I understand a lot of people had things come up on Wednesday - work, work party, etc. However, you must understand that if those things continue to occur, then you simply cannot dedicate the time to raid, and we MUST replace you.
