Not going to get into what happened tonite - suffice to say tomorrow night's raid will be different in tone and in feel.
Less farting around on vent. It's fine to have fun, but when "fun" begins to interfere with our ability to talk strats and focus, fun stops being "fun" and starts being a massive pain in my ass. Don't make my job harder than it needs to be, otherwise your night will be less fun than it ought to be.
Stop taking fights for granted. Our two miserable pulls on Northrend Beasts are indicative that we are taking our raid for granted. We are taking our "usual" attendants - the Garreth's, Carno's, the Kwondre's, the Grasen's - absolutely for granted. We know how they will act, respond, and react to different events in raid, and as such when they aren't there, no one steps in to fill that action.
Lastly, we need people to make sure they know their role and responsibility, and if they are unable to fill it (aka dead, stunned, silenced, etc), you need to speak up on vent. When an OT's only healer goes down, they need to KNOW it - and the rest of the healers need to know it too.
I will be more strict tomorrow night. Please don't make me get mean.
