Tonite's raid will be *MUCH* more organized than last night's. If you don't come focused, you might not be in raid for long.

Things that will change from last night:

1) Vent will be quieter during boss pulls.

2) Vent will be quieter during boss pulls.

3) Vent will be quieter during strat discussion.

4) Vent will be quieter during boss pulls.

5) Healers, tanks, and other important players in a fight will make sure they understand what their role is prior to a boss pull. This means I hope to see more discussion in kbheals tonite than I did last night.

6) Vent will be quieter during boss pulls.

7) We will approach every boss fight with the same focus and intensity to as if we had never completed it before. No more "Oh, it's just NR Beasts, no problem." That mindset got raid cancelled early last night, and it will NOT be returning to any raid that I run.

there's a reasonable chance that I'll be available for this raid. However, there's also nearly a 100% chance that I would have to bail early...probably around 11 PM my time, 8 PM server. I doubt that is acceptable to you guys, but I'm just throwing myself out there in case you need a temp fill-in.

Any chance you have of getting in, Drate, depends on if you are online for invites, and if you remain on in some form for the duration of raid. This gives you a chance to fill in if someone has to drop, and also gives you the opportunity to get in to raid if they are short for some reason.
