I would really appreciate it if we could start filtering out the snarkyness and some of the rudeness and disrespect that shows up from time to time in raid. Many of us are guilty of it to some extent, but as we get closer to Arthas and once we start getting deep into ICC hardmodes, our time in raid each week will become more and more precious and I would rather not have it wasted with minor amounts of BS.
This doesn't only pertain to this particular raid, but it's seemed to be a theme of sorts in KB for awhile. While I am not an officer and i can't flat out say: "shut up and knock it off..." I will politely ask that we try to focus a bit more on progressing as a raid and please, please, please try and be a little less snarky and rude. I love raiding with you guys and I enjoy our "trash-pull chatter" as much as any of you do, but I really want to kick the shit out of ICC with a group of focused and tight-knit group of raiders.

I'm as guilty as anyone on making the raid environment periodically "hostile" or unfun to be in. It really needs to stop, and I'm actively taking steps that will help me to be more bright 'n bubbly in a raid environment.
I'd ask that everyone else do the same.

Shihli — Mon, 01/25/2010 - 16:36If anyone was "spamming" trade chat for Downfall recruitment, they were doing so without any approval from Garreth. We don't spam Trade Chat for recruits.
That said, yes - generally, we're looking for healers and ranged dps. And as I told you last time we spoke of your raiding situation, if you have some patience you'll get in soon enough.
