So, got a consensus (more or less) from everybody. Here's the plan
We're going to try and get Lava Crab rolling *TONITE* for our usual routine. Should everyone not be able to show up we will instead defer Lava Crab to Monday, Jan. 4th.
IMO, the shorter the night the better. i.e. no ony or voa either way! Besides, the next gate opens up the following week, more trash, more bosses, more rep.
So question, how much of the old content to we need now? Any reason to go back to ToC with Dedicated Insanity out of the way?
Dark Matter?
Gormok's Band?
Anything else?
And we should bring Resqtoaster to finish those all off. ;p
A dark matter is still an upgrade for me, but id prefer to just take alagalon off the menu unless you are all gung-ho for it.
I wouldnt mind going back and trying to farm insanity for a mount, but its a freaking mount... ive got lots of them. Im not sure if anyone still wants/needs a 258 cloak.
VOA, i dont give 2 shits about til the new boss comes out. Doing the weekly raid if anyone needs it would be the only addiational thing on the menu that we'd "need."
First of all: I may be a little late for this depending upon traffic and the fact that closing out the end of the year where i work can be a bit crazy.
Secondly: most of us will be VERY close to getting revered with the ashen verdict at this point. Would it be worth our while to cut out, say, onyxia and VOA and do a few "rep runs?" The revered rings are obviously a step up in dps with the proc they give, so i think taking a little more time and clearing extra trash might be worth it. Thoughts?
