You might becomes extremly laggy when vent opens, but that depends on your location. Don't even bother using dial-up for wow unless you turn off a high majority of your addons and not use vent.

- Feld would have to let us know first. But what is Deje as dps? Elemental?
- No can do on any enhance shaman. Remember what Pure did, the 3rd tank option. So that narrows the list of needs down to, another Warrior, Ret Pally, Feral Druid, or DK. Utility and buff wise, the Feral Druid would be ideal, but they'll steal my gear. Then prolly DK or Warrior.
- Well if we officially move the day to Monday, we kinda lose the fall back position if other days are missed. Like Monday, end of the week, if stuff happens Friday, we can always say go Monday. My concern would be that if we had to miss some other day, would we be able to say, let's make it up on Friday? I'd probably imagine that Friday would be booked indefinitely to make it less possible. Or, can we be flexible enough to say, make it up on the Sunday (or Sat and no to Thurs I assume still) if need be? Or just deal with the occasional 2 day raid weeks? Anyways, let's get a take, how many wanna move the Friday to Monday? And is it possible to have an emergancy make up raid day if need be?

BUT...
Along the same thing Saedo is saying, if we do make Monday our 3rd night raiding, and we dont find out until Sunday afternoon/evening that 2 people are going to be out on Monday, were pretty much screwed the last night raiding. It really makes the situation suck more if those 2 individuals WERE available Friday like normal.
Overall I think it would be safer to keep it Friday, that way in case everyone is on, then lets just do it and get it over with. And if people are motivated enough, we could try monday as a 4th night. Instead of possibly finding out last minute that Monday is a no-go and scrambling to get something together over the weekend.
Here's what we can do: #1

#1 assuming Felfield is out for 2 weeks, get Deje in (as elemental) for him.
#2 to replace pure, we get corep's DK friend : Winterbean. He has tanking and dps gear
Only one problem with this (and this affects Monday only): Deje is locked for the week (and I haven't talked to him about this as of this posting), and unless we can find 1 more dps, Monday becomes a normal Nef, heroic(?) double dragons, normal Council, normal Cho'gall, screw around in ICC/ulduar/To(G?)C for mounts/achiements/shards, or the night off.
Now as for moving Friday raid night to Monday, I would have no problem with it. But to put Sunday or Saturday as a backup/emergency date? I'm not sure if I would be willing to give up my weekends during the summer for the time being.
If we wind up with a 9 man

1. Might as well go get Been Waiting a Long Time for This for the ones that needed it last week. Normal mode LK of course.
2. Double Dragon (the achievement). Normal mode of course. It'll be server first. And come 4.2, they've nerfed my abilities so it is unlikely I would be to solo the Twilight Realm at that point.
Maybe even able to finish BoT in normal then go ICC?

We're going to possibly be missing feld for the next two weeks, If he gets back to us tonight, So I was just wanting to know if you have the internet to raid. If not, I know deje is interested in raiding with us, and while I believe he is locked with afterglow this week he will be fine for next raid lockout. if he is fine with either healing or dpsing.
But then we're also left with a missing geared melee dps. Is enhance shammy raidable? Not sure if we're lacking that in guild Sargus maybe? know he's playing again but this is still just a shot in the dark Lol. I know core has been really pushing his friend to raid with us. Which would be nice since he is a dk with tanking gear and experience (We only had issues with chimaeron dps if I remember correctly.)
Also would we like to officially move our raid times to monday? I don't think we've raided on a friday in a month or so. I like having raid times on Friday because it gives us an extra monday, but socially and with my family it hurts because everyone always has something planned for me on fridays. Over the next weeks I will be available to raid on fridays because I will be settled in. But I would like to know what we think of this. Especially when I'm scheduling myself for a job I'm going to start in the next few weeks.
Sorry for this long winded post. I think it's better that we work everything out right now in this week. So we are not going into firelands blind or undermanned. I'm excited for this and what we can do going straight in with no hiccups.

Puregenius — Sun, 06/19/2011 - 17:32I received a very unexpected job offer that i couldnt say no to. The downside of this is that i will have to be awake at a very early hour for the commute and as a result i am not going to be able to raid for the rest of the summer. Its a sad consequence that i would have liked to avoid but i can really use the money for school and whatnot. I wish you all the best of luck in firelands and beyond. Also, i should be able to come back around mid september so if you need a fillin starting in the fall i hopefully will be around.
