Also, I'd take Deje is sticking it out with us.     So going forward, not neccessarily tonight, would it be better for Deje to be the healer and Voug be the dps.    Basically for normal mode Firelands, from my DPS-centric perspective, I'd like to have as much dps as possible, so Voug would be ahead on that.    And it'd only work if Deje is at least good enough to heal the normal modes.    So you healers would have to tell me.   Would that work?    Or will we need Voug continuouly healing, and deal with the lower dps and maybe some gear drops will have Deje caught up some day?

Secondly, because of that, we should probably gun to kill every single boss.   Maybe not all Heroic, just get as much epix as possible for Deje, and the additional experience.

So maybe back to the loot farming mode for a full BoT clear?    Or stick with BWD?

My opinion is that we stand a better chance in BoT.

• Halfus - DPS shouldn't be a problem, it's the tank/healer setup.   Will have to figure out to either try the 2 tank or maybe want to try Cromi as the 3rd.
• Double Ds - Should be able to do Heroic like usual
• Council and Cho'gall - easily on normals
• Magmaw - Maybe it was losing focus last time, but we also lost a chunk of cleave dps.   We can try again, but probably don't beat ourselves against it too long
• Chimaeron - Would need Cromi and hope his threat is good enough
• Atramedes - Should be able to do heroic like usual
• Maloriak - I'm slightly worried that our AoE took a major hit and the adds won't die fast enough, we can try and see
• Nefarian - We'd have to adjust the platforms.   I'm thinking we keep me, Cromi, Kaluu the same.   Mehguy, Elapsed, and Foresight maybe on that platform.   Mehguy and Elapsed should be able to lock it down hopefully, Foresight as backup.   Then the rest on the last platform, with Voug and Deje locking that one down, Corey and Feld can just do their dps thing.
• Conclave - Guess we can just use our heroic setup in normal.  Me and Cromi on Rohash.   Feld, Cory, Foresight and Deje can split their dps between Anshal and Nezir
• Al'akir - Doubtful even with the old crew!
