SO I can raid Tuesday if needed, but still not wednesday/no idea when I can raid again beyond. He also said he'd try his hardest to get me as a forerunner for day shifts when they start doing brunch and lunch (within the next few weeks) so I feel like I may be available again sooner than expected. Anyway, not making any promises **BUT** I will be online at midnight (9server) Tuesday if you guys need.
I'm sorry for tossing around my availability. As a raid leader in early vanilla + TBC I *KNOW* how shitty it is for someone to be as flaky as I am, but I'm gonna try my hardest to keep you guys raiding consistently w/o problem.

Point being, if you can only make tonight, and there is no guarantee of tomorrow, or the rest of the week and beyond because of your work. Then we should just take Craig because he is going to be available for all the days.
I would much rather have it be a situation where we are going to for sure have the people, and not have a situation like last week. We brought craig with us Monday to fill Corey's spot, Then Corey was back Wed and Craig had to sit sidelines, but expressed that he wanted to raid with us, BUT he wasnt going to sit and wait for a spot to open, and when we DID need him for a while because Feld was either going to be late or not on at all, he was unavailable because he went with someone else. So we were stuck waiting, and couldnt find a fill-in. Luckily Feld did make it back tho.
Plus if we go in with you tonight, and clear 2 or 3 of the bosses, but you cant make tomorrow or Fri/Mon etc. That is much less incentive for Craig to wait around to get in with us. And then he'll be more likely to go with someone else again, and then the nights you cant make it, we could be struggling to find someone to keep pressing forward.

But yes, as the tone of the other comments indicate, gotta build up Ginger as the replacement. Deje could fill in when necessary. Hope he can still have the time to run heroics to grab new valor gear to keep up as much as possible.
Besides, inevitably, someone else will leave the raid within the next few weeks. As was our mandate when we founded this raid.

Deje — Mon, 07/04/2011 - 01:15I wanna make it to this but unfortunately with my new job I'm probably gonna be out of commission for about a month, possibly less. Thus far I haven't been able to get home from work til 1-2am my time (10-11 server) so I'm going to say right now that you guys should find a replacement. I'm hoping to be back in action ASAP but until then I'm not going to make it in time and I would rather not keep you guys waiting either. Hopefully by the time I'll be able to raid again you guys might still need a regular, at which point I'm certain I'll be able to make it on a regular basis. I'm really glad I was able to knock out the first 3 bosses and get crackin' on the fourth with you guys.
Anyway, yeah.. Don't bank on me making it for a while and you'll be the first people to know when I'm able to raid again. Even if I end up as a fill-in, I'd still be happy to have the opportunity to raid with y'all.
