My vote is if we dont have a replacement we are very very confident in within 10-15 minutes of raid we just wait till thursday or just wait and not even try.
my reasoning is that currently we can't carry a raid member through FL, especially a healer or tank. Everyone has to pull their weight. Possibly could get away with it on a few bosses after many many wipes, but just not worth it.
I can fill in on Wed for Vougs spot if Kaluu will heal.
Haven't been feeling too good at work today so I took tomorrow off since our mission got cancelled. I may be dyin from sinus' and crap, but I'll be there.
Possibly can fill in most of Friday instead of the last hour.
I passed my last PT test (physical fitness for you non-military ppl), so Im not mandated to go to the gym 5 days a week anymore.
And typically on Friday we leave work at 9/9:15 server. So its possible that I might be able to take cromi's spot that night if things pan out... sometimes they still "force" us to go to the gym for an hour even if were not on the mandatory program, simply because were technically supposed to work until midnight, so getting out at 9 is a luxury. I wont know anything definite on that until Friday right before 9-ish tho.... They usually dont decide whether they're going to do the gym thing until last minute.
On that note, we might want to do slighly better assignements for the Son of Flames.

1. Me
2. Coreyp, then floats to whatever add that needs it, probablly 1 and/or 3
3. Plumsauce, then moves to 1 when 3's almost/is dead
4. Saedo (gogo cheapshot)
5. Feldield, then moves to 7 when 5's almost/is dead
6. Foresite, then moves to 8 when 6's almost/is dead
Elapsed to slow down the elementals 7 & 8. HoJ 7 if need be.
Kaka deathgrip #8 if need be.
Voug and Cromi, feel free to dps 1 and 8 if you have the mana to spare.
Now for when the hammer's on one side of the room:
1. Plumsauce.
2. Saedo, then moves to 1 if need be.
3. Corey, then moves to kill 6, 7, and/or 8.
4. Felfield, then moves to kill 6, 7, and/or 8.
5. Foresite, then moves to kill 6, 7, and/or 8.
6, 7, 8 Slowed by Elapsed and I via holy wrath. Elapsed HoJ's 6, I HoJ 7, and Kaka deathgrips 8 when holy wrath is over/elemental too close to the hammer.

Anyways, my methodology for dealing with the Sons on our previous pulls at least has been...
Start on Diamond / Left / Stage Right Side.
If it's a 4-4 or 6-2 split (Diamond heavy side)
Attack the closest mob to about 60%, stun it. DoTs on it will push it past 50%
Start running to the end of diamond side, hitting everything along the away at least once
Usually the 2nd and or 3rd mob dies by the time I get to it hitting with anything
The 4th and 5th mob are usually loose by then and need serious dps on them, Blade Flurry active if close enough
The 6th mob is usually in lava at this time, so I can't touch much, til it's closer to hammer
Then run towards Square side to clean up any along the way
If it's 2-6 split (Square heavy side)
I attacked the farthest mob. I figured the ranged would be better handling the closer one cause he'd be able to stand more towards square side and be able to turn around and start nuking the the square side adds. And it usually worked with Plum and Corey floater.
I usually stick to my mob til dead, and see the closer mob dead at around the same time
Then move square side to see what needs a killing, usually means the ones travelling through lava
Damn, I'll most likely be gone Friday. I've got another wedding to attend, that I can only miss if I have not at least gotten better (since at this moment it is a pain to even gulp down my own saliva let alone food and drink).
Sorry, again about last night. I feel absolutely terrible about letting them kick me off the comp, like I'm 10 or something. Let's me spend a good portion of the day painting a shed and running errands then I think I can raid til 12. My family sucks.

Find a Voug fill in. Someone that's able to heal, or tank (with Kaluu switching off). But honestly....
Trivia Time: Name the last boss we killed without Voug present and when.
Seriously I don't know. I keep remembering whenever Voug misses raid, we somehow invite Heeth in on those nights.
Option 2:
We just hold off and start Thursday. Do a Thursday / Friday / Monday raid. Pending Foresight's GF's approval, but he seems confident it'll be a yes.
Me and Kaluu are definately in.
So, need approval from Voug, Elapsed, Cromi, Feld, Corey, Plum, and I suppose Kaka (who is not on the site anyways).
As a bonus, starting later in the week gives a chance for Cromi to not be a drugged out mumps patient.
