I say clear normal Beth, Bale, and if available, BH. Then continue with heroic Alysrazor for the rest of the night, but only if we have the same people from last night. Otherwise just clear normal Alysrazor and EOR. Either way we can save heroic Majordomo for all of Monday.
It really wasn't going all that well. Our best attempt was back when we were still feeling out the fight, and then we sent 2 dps, we never got close again. All those random fails at the meteor and quite often the cleaving birds weren't dying by the time we needed to hide behind meteors.
Alright, if you guys want to tonight. Here's what I'd want to see. Only 1 dps up again. Extra dps down below to cover up any RNG meteor direction and lack of bird dps. We got it to 50% in one burnout, so just had to repeat it once more. There is no enrage timer that we should worry about. Just executing the fight twice in a row.
We can hope restructuring the dps priorities will help this fight too.
From my standpoint, I really didnt feel that Domo was going all that well either. We really only had that ONE good attempt as well when we got him to 30% and we got screwed into a 'corner'. I think its just that we started on him and some people feel that its the easier fight because of that, plus doing it with other raids.
While I PERSONALLY (and I stress personally) feel that yes the Domo strat is easier because there is less retarded BS to worry about (ie LOS-ing breath, killing extra meteors etc), I felt the WHOLE night/fight was just a huge cluster-F with the strat we were using. All the running around due to cat jumps, and people running around/through fire to get to middle because they didnt run in fast enough etc. I just felt it was a hell of a lot more hectic to deal with. This is just how I viewed it. Yea I understand its less damage dealt to raid over all, and its the quicker way to kill him etc, but it seemed like there was too much luck involved with him jumping on the same person constantly, people actually rotating the balls right w/o f-ing up and stealing them from people. Where with the Alys strat, yea theres more things to deal with, but realistically they arent that hard. It just felt more straightforward and less hectic. But maybe thats just me. I think part of the problem with meteors hitting walls last night was because we sent Kaluu up and he was slowing them which gave us not only his dps, but more time for others to maybe catch up to it to hit it if they were late, as plum was mentioning last night. Maybe send someone else other than him up, or just leave 1-up? As you said, its just a rinse and repeat anyways.
Either way IDC which route we go, whichever you guys feel is best should work for us. And whatever you do decide, can we all just go in and get it done and not f-ing argue about it or what were doing? As I understand that all opinions and suggestions are welcome. I think Kaluu and Saedo just need to say hey, thanks for the suggestions, we took them into consideration and decided on this route. And then we go kill internet dragons. And people need to lighten the hell up as well during raid. Too many people lately are bickering back and forth at each other and its getting tiring. I felt last night was a pretty damn good night, we got H Shan, H Rhyo AND got a feel for H Alysrazor, but by the end of the night it really seemed like most people just wanted to GTFO ASAP and that it was a bad night. We have 2 more H bosses within our grasp and they will be down shortly, lets stop the arguing about shit that has nothing to do with what were focused on, and drop the pissiness about not getting "bear paw" buff immediately, etc. Lets get back to the basics of our fun, light-hearted PMS raid. We are in-game blood brothers (note PMS pun) and lets get shit done!
Well the thing is, we only had like 1, maybe 2 attempts with Kaluu healing. And that's when we broke through from 67% ish to 30%. So I would like to strike out our first 2 hours of attempts and start anew with that. We just made it to see the searing seeds, so if we can get more time on that, we'd learn that phase too.
For Alys, the reason I was picking Kaluu to go up was.... One, in heroic, there's more pyroblasting so interrupts/stuns would help and shadow priests have none. Second, I felt we still need as much dps as possible on the bottom so he'd have the lowest impact on that. So, sending someone else up would probably mean more pyroblasts going through and adds staying up longer. At this point, I want to play it as safe as possible.
But yes we techinically had a pretty good night. Consider it our furthest progressed single raid night. Some of us are probably becoming a little to eager to troll, while others are apparently very sensitive to it. So lay off, lighten up, don't even bitch about buffs as they can be done on pull. We'll cruise mode through some relaxing easy modes tonight... Then, we'll see.

Just H Domo would be fine, I think with everyone. We saw some H Alysrazor pulls, which was good, definately gave us a direction to go after Domo. But we started on Domo and should finish Domo. We should have him this week once we get a couple tweaks worked out.
Looks like the 1 hour late start is going into effect?
Doing BH (maybe), Beth, Baleroc, and maybe Alys on normal depending on what the raid feels like with a fillin probably would take an hour or so or less...
What if we just start 1 hour later (10ish). Then Elapsed will be back by 11ish and we get 1 hour to spend on a Heroic Domo or Alys.
Maybe a kill, maybe more learning experience. Something more to take to Monday full steam.
