After I got pissed off enough and left vent last night I remembered that Elapsed mentioned someone brought in their comp to his work with similar problems and had a lot of trojan issues, I remembered I had read an e-mail from a co-worker that I hadnt filtered out yet and it got sent to my junk mail folder. I read it and clicked on the option that it wasnt junk and to move it to the inbox, and when it did that it auto-opened the next e-mail.. which of course was one of those fuckin ones telling me about "V!@grA HarDC@cks!" etc... I immediately deleted the e-mail and cleared the rest of my junk mail box. The net seemed fine for the next 15 mins so I thought I was good... apparently not as when I came back to log in to raid a while later is when I noticed I was fucked.
Anyways.. just ran a scan overnight and found 7 fuckin files infected by viruses and trojans... deleted the fuckers out and its running fine now... Even test logged into wow and vent this morning.. all is fine... hopefully it stays that way.
Glad I did that though as my next full scan wasnt scheduled until late friday night.
I just dont get why it wouldnt allow me to use the net on my wifes computer or my ipads... I know I'm not THAT computer saavy, but I didnt think that a viruses affecting files on my computer could affect my wireless router, or modem for that matter (unless they were files FOR/directly related to the modem or router being connected to my comp)... maybe Cox was having fucking issues with their shit, as well as me having the trojans... who the fuck knows... maybe I'm just stupid.

You're right, a Virus wont interfere with the other computers on your network UNLESS that virus is somehow hogging all of your bandwidth (less than likely, but possible)
Personally, this sounds like coincidence to me! I'm glad you got your computer cleared off! I would download and run MalwareBytes just for confirmation you're clean now.
