Raid: JAMM: Mon Dec 08
Raid: JAMM is a Mythic focused raid. Progression is our main focus so performane means everything. We will be inviting based on performance and class balance. Fillins will be required so please sign up and contact an officer (Ataraxia, Traziemykel, Painhax) for any questions.
Raid invites start at 8:45pm EST.
Be on time and prepared before raid with all consumables and knowing boss mechanics and strats.

What do do on Mar'gok
Atar — Mon, 12/08/2014 - 12:26Phase 1 and 2 positioning.
Diamond is the mark of Chaos positioning for the tank. Nuit has a cool way of dealing with it so more on that tonight.
Triangle is for Arcane Wrath. We need to get it far from the raid so it'll phase out. As you see triangle moves far away until it can't jump anymore. During P2 it'll just take a little long to get rid of. Melee need to GET THE HELL OUT when they have the debuff and get it to Trazi.
Square will be rotating around the boss. This way we don't have mines behind us, but beside us. Knockbacks shouldn't be a problem now. Ranged/healers move as a group.
Phase 3 Positioning
Tank will be in the corner. Nuit will get mark away from the grp and leap out. Hopefully this will keep the melee from having to move. I have it marked with diamond.
Squarre group stacks tight and drops mine close together. As more mines come in the group moves. Simple.
Triangle is arcane wrath again. Ranged and melee need to be on the ball moving to the mid position so Trazi and Insta can deal with it.
Force Nova will be bitch and I'll have some CDs coordinated for that. More on that tonight.
Phase 4 Positioning
Diamond is Nuit with Mark again. Nuit will be getting far away. Watch out for the orbs!!!
There is no more square. We will not be stacking. Mines will be coming out like crazy and Force Nova does an AoE. Ranged and healers spread out. Melee will also need to spread for Force Nova.
We now get two Arcane Wrath debuffs. Melee will follow the upper triangle and ranged follow the bottom one. This positioning may change a bit when we get in the raid, but at least you'll get a simple understanding of what we'll do.
Transition 1 and 2
We'll handle both transition phases the same. Though the second may change a tad depending on how fast we can kill the Reaver.
Circles are the Warmages. We will DK grip one close to us this way keeping melee close to the healers. If you get fixated you move out to the areas marked "BAD". Melee have an area in front so they can keep dpsing...maybe. We'll have to see.
One tank will pick up the adds and just tank them while dps works on the Warmages/Reaver. Once the big adds are dead we'll single target down the small adds.
Skull is the Reaver. Kill order will be Reaver > Warmage > Small adds.
To close these pics are not 100% accurate. We will be changing and adjusting. This is just to give everyone a basic idea of what we'll be doing each phase. Continue to watch videos and I look forward to work on this boss with everyone tonight.

Atar — Mon, 12/08/2014 - 07:49Tonight the plan is to finish off Normal mode and get into heroic mode. To do this I may have to slim the raid down a bit. We are missing a few key people so we will not be able to run with as many people as we have been. I'm going to be looking at performace and attendance to determine who gets in.
If you're unable to get into the raid tonight stick around though. As more healers log on I'll be able to fit more dps into the raid.

manleychaps — Sun, 12/07/2014 - 20:04I just found out on friday my boss wants us to start working 10 hour days for the next few weeks. Maybe tell end of the month. We ride in the same van so cant leave elery from work I dont know if this is 100% thing yet. I am also not sure what time I would be gitting home. most days I am home about an hour before raid. So my best guess is I will be on an hour after raid starts. I will find out more tomorrow and see what is going to happen. I am going to try to talk him in to 9 and a half hour days may be able to do that. but dont think i would get away with more then that.
also anyone know an electrical company around Vancouver Canada highering haha j/k

I think if we cut through the middle instead of running on the outside we can dps faster on adds and boss. The guilds who did heroic had a really good preemtive tranq and healing tide totem. Also they had great healing rains and druid circles as to where the ranged were going to be standing before they got there. Other than that I am pretty confident JAMM is gonna nail it on Monday.
