So we didn't kill Jin'rokh. We had multiple kill chances but couldn't get to the finish line.

I'll be blunt. I was very unhappy with player performance all around. Healing was way to low, DPS still needs an increase around the board, tank communication was low, and raid awareness was poor. I could go on forever about things that were bad.

Plain and simple, at this rate will will not kill Horridon. Sure we'll kill Jin'rokh, most likely Monday, but Horridon is an extremely more difficult encounter than Jin'rokh and with performances like last night we'll be hitting a wall soon.

The whole purpose of this rant is this. EVERYONE needs to pick up their game. If we want any progress at all everyone needs to be putting forth 110% inside and outside of raid. Last night I could tell who was ready and who wasn't for the new content. Others can tell too. Ask your self if you really feel like you were 100% ready. If the answer to that is no then you've got some work to do before Monday.

I really hope this is a better performing raid than Wednesday night.
