I know some folks are wondering why we aren't pushing all hard modes. That will be next week. I just really feel another LK kill for Salmon will be very beneficial to the raid. Lich King is a hard fight. Doing that fight again is a great thing for us. The movement and thinking needed to do LK is what we'll be needing for all the hard modes coming up next week.
Don't throw me under a bus for wanting to get one more LK kill under our belt. Raid leaders make choices that people don't like, understand, or agree with, but you now understand my motives. Lets get it done this week and be ready for hard modes next week. We have a really solid raid group. Lets keep it together and be ready for a big push next week.

Atar — Tue, 05/04/2010 - 06:04I want to get back to LK ASAP this week. Killing him again will be a great thing for us and the weapon upgrades will be very nice us.
I do want to snag some hard modes though along the way. The hard modes we'll be working on tonight will be Marrowgar, Gunship, Rotface, and maybe Festergut. If we have time left over we may give Blood Prince Council a shot or two to get a feel of the fight. Other than that we'll be normal moding the other bosses.
Also, this week I want to get some Shadowmourne quests done. I want to make sure Jayel is here for Rotface and Festergut for those quest items so he can get his Shadow's Edge. I want either Everstar or Deathsteel to finish the Professor and Blood queen quests. Dragon needs to finish up his quest on Sindragosa so he can start getting the shards/fragments to build his Shadowmourne. These shouldn't be too bad to knock out this week.
The important thing for us to keep getting gear to help us with hard modes. Also, we need to really work on our movement and how good we can react to different situations in raid. It's going to be a fun week for Salmon. Be ready to rock and roll!
