I haven't been raiding with downfall for over a year now, and it's time for me to move on. I had a great time running with Salmon and LF1M (Atar, you've been an amazing raid leader), but I hardly recognize anyone still in guild. If my schedule ever allows me to come back as a full time raider, I'll re-app. My plan for now is to join up with a small group of friends that I have been playing with since I started on Gorgonnash about 4 years ago. Best of luck to you all, I'm going to miss you guys.

This post is if we are unable to pull together enough people to maintain a 25 man raid for cataclysm, I am looking for people that would like to take part in a hardcore 10 man raid. This raid would run from 6:00 -1 0:00 Server time 3 days a week, what 3 days would be up for discussion of the finial group one put together.My hope for this raid would be to do hard modes and achievements as fast a humanly possible when the content is released.

I would also like the group to be able to help each gear up as fast as possible once we hit 85 so we can enter raids as soon as we can. Each player is responsible for themselves, in the end though it is up them each person to make sure by the time raid starts that they are the best they can be at that point in time. I am also only looking for peoples main characters and no alts so don’t ask. Once we have all we need from the instance then we can talk about bring a few in alts. 

Once we find 10 people to fill the raid you will be expected to be there know your class and every encounter before we get there. As Knoppix mentioned in his post I’m looking for only serious and skilled players that stay up to date with current changes and have a good understanding of what they are doing. What I am hoping for is a focused group that can get in and out and still have a good time doing it. To do get this done we will need 10 people that like being around each other and know how to GIVE and TAKE criticism well as long as it is productive so the group can be successful as a whole. With this said bad attitudes and needless problem causing will be delt with the person in question being replaced.

I would like to clear all content this expansion with a group of people I like and enjoy playing with like it has been since I have joined Downfall. If this sounds like something you might be interested in let know so we can get a feel for what a possible raid composition might be like. So just curious who all here plays League of Legends?

Due to school, I haven't been able to fully get online and figure out the new mage talents and changes.  I'm putting this up hoping that our other mages will come here and post what they have found out whats best to do with reforging and gemming choices.  

I have glanced briefly at Elitist Jerks, but it was a few days ago.  At the time I didn't find any clear stat DPS numbers.  I figured what I would do is reforge spirit into hit and gem hit until I'm capped.  I figure that if I'm still not hit capped, then for fire I'd reforge haste to hit and for arcane reforge some crit for hit.  I also would like to point out that now Living Bomb doesn't proc Hotstreak, and just the few minutes I have been on I've noticed a drop in my procs, so I'm going to try to stay around 63% to crit as fire then stack haste.  My guess about mastery is that it really isn't worth it for fire atm seeing how it isn't on gear yet, but I have no idea how good it is for Arcane.  Maybe Crawfeesh can give a load down on what he did for his arcane spec.  

I also saw several of our mages go frost.  I don't agree with frost being a PVE spec, but if its liable, then its liable.  I'd like to hear what ya'll have to say regarding geming and reforging choices.  Also, a rotation would be nice.  I wanna ask about rotation because I'd like to know if anyone has seen saving brainfreeze for a fingers of frost proc worth it, or if the procs are so few then just use you procs ASAP.

I will probable get some free time on Wednesday to do some actual research, but I just wanted to find out what our mages are doing.

start a thread to see who is going and who would want to hang out. I
also have a hotel room with 2 queen beds, however, I may cancel this in
the next few days. If anyone would like to go halves or close to halves
let me know asap.

I have never played Final Fantasy before but I am trying it right now.  It's pretty fun so far.  Been running about with Matthew and Mnorpoot.
