Cataclysm Raiding 10 man

This post is if we are unable to pull together enough people to maintain a 25 man raid for cataclysm, I am looking for people that would like to take part in a hardcore 10 man raid. This raid would run from 6:00 -1 0:00 Server time 3 days a week, what 3 days would be up for discussion of the finial group one put together.My hope for this raid would be to do hard modes and achievements as fast a humanly possible when the content is released.
I would also like the group to be able to help each gear up as fast as possible once we hit 85 so we can enter raids as soon as we can. Each player is responsible for themselves, in the end though it is up them each person to make sure by the time raid starts that they are the best they can be at that point in time. I am also only looking for peoples main characters and no alts so don’t ask. Once we have all we need from the instance then we can talk about bring a few in alts.
Once we find 10 people to fill the raid you will be expected to be there know your class and every encounter before we get there. As Knoppix mentioned in his post I’m looking for only serious and skilled players that stay up to date with current changes and have a good understanding of what they are doing. What I am hoping for is a focused group that can get in and out and still have a good time doing it. To do get this done we will need 10 people that like being around each other and know how to GIVE and TAKE criticism well as long as it is productive so the group can be successful as a whole. With this said bad attitudes and needless problem causing will be delt with the person in question being replaced.
I would like to clear all content this expansion with a group of people I like and enjoy playing with like it has been since I have joined Downfall. If this sounds like something you might be interested in let know so we can get a feel for what a possible raid composition might be like. Zevix — Wed, 12/01/2010 - 13:06For those that are interested, the days of the week that I am thinking for this raid is mon. _ wed. maybe thursday. I don't really see this raid doing anything on fridays or saturdays I like to keep it to 3 days a week. The time slot I am leaning towards is something near 6:00-6:30(start) - 9:00-10:00(end) server time. I am personally on eastern time so anything to much later then that and it will be past 1:00 am my time.
I was still hoping to find enough people interested in this to have a lose set of ten people set up before we level so there is no wasting time at 85. Seeing as this has been kind of slow so far I guess I will give a idea of a raid comp that I would like to have
Tank MT- warrior / feral druid
Tank OT- paladin
Heals - Pally / druid (resto/balan) / Priest or Shaman (resto / ele or enh)
DPS:
Rogue (Capinbill) Mutilate
mage
Hunter
Death Knight or Warrior (one with a Offspec prot.)'
Shadow priest
This is just a fast guess on what might be a over all good raid comp., if you can fill one of these rolls and can meet at times and days listed above make sure you post. I would like to have people as soon as possible,just under a week (6days) till we start leveling again. If you got any questions for me just post or find me in game.

Dirthvader — Thu, 12/02/2010 - 16:26I have yet to sign up for any groups so I'm in for any group that will have me. Frost DK DW(unless weps are an issue and I need to go 2h) I'm familiar with all 3 dps specs for DK but I think based on the planned group make up, Frost > Unholy will be more raid beneficial.
I have some realy nice 264/277 tank gear and have been fiddling around with it in heroics and such (have also OT/MT 11/12 ICC) pretty sure I would do fine in an OT or emergency tank role once Cata. I have been dabbling with the spec for several patches and quite honestly have not had much of a problem when my gear is comparable to the raid. I'd like to bust out the tank gear more often but more important I'd like to get into a strong raid group right away.
I am working on a warrior for cata as well and should be raid ready with him as well, I am more experience with the DK though.

I intend to level as quickly as I can while maintaining my job and family life. (it took me almost 2 weeks to get to 80 with LK launch, if that gives any clue - not the fastest but also not the slowest).
*edit - When I first read the times listed in this post I took it say 6pm to 1:00 am... I thought that is hardcore! 7 hours!!

Mungs=Fire mage, Shroom=Resto Druid(boomkin will be off, but the gear wont be there at first. Need to focus on one specc at a time.)

Katzeus — Sun, 11/21/2010 - 22:32Meow and I have a Warrior and a DK we plan on forming a 10 man with, they're transferring over and plan on applying to guild sometime this week I think.
We'll be figuring out roles from there, but I think Meow may heal and these guys may tank, but we'll obviously need more, preferably people in guild. I'll know more details this week, but it seems like we're pretty much going for the same thing here.

EDIT: I should mention a better time for us would be around 7-11 as opposed 6-10
