Atar — Tue, 03/12/2013 - 10:21Ok. Looking over parses we need some work. I'm not trying to be the Debbie Downer here to our kill (which I'm really excited about), but I'm noticing some things that are bad.
First off healthstone usage. EVERYONE should have been using healthstones. As rough as healing is these should have been used more. Take a look yourself.

Also, I'm looking at a lot of dps that have dots/self buffs. A lot of uptimes on these are terrible. Am I asking for 100% uptime? NO. Can they be up in the 90% range? Most likely. By looking at a lot of these uptimes I can tell where our loss of dps is going. If it's your Serpent String, Immolate, Slice and Dice, Shadow Word Pain, Moonfire, Renewing Mist, WHATEVER IT IS uptimes can be better. If you don't have a dot timer PLEASE CONTACT ME. I am happy to help any raider that needs help with addons that can help our raid dps/healing.
If we can work on these things guys we will see a massive improvemet in raid performance.
