SUNDAY rated BG team

As the title says, I am starting a rated BG team on Sundays which will take place in the early afternoon (noon-3:30 most likely).
2 things you need to know about this team:
-While this team is seperate from, say, Grasen's team, it is not meant to be a replacement for it. I am creating this team to allow people who do not get to run with a regular team, a chance to get their games in and boost their rating. That being said, I may need healers who may have gotten games in somewhere else. Because your BG rating is personal, this can be possible.
-This is going to be a serious team. 3k resilliance is REQUIRED. No excuses. I expect everyone who is coming to listen to the strats, follow the strats, and be correctly gemmed, enchanted and specced to help us win. I am taking rateds very seriously, and I want to have a group with 9 others who take it just as seriously.
To run, my team will need: 3-4 healers and 1 person who can carry a flag (prot warrior, blood DK, feral druid) and take a hit. I also need people who bring more than just damage. CC, interrupts, snares, stuns, immobilizing effects are all essential tools that we will need, if we want to win. I need people who know how to use these tools.

Cataclysm Raiding 10 man

This post is if we are unable to pull together enough people to maintain a 25 man raid for cataclysm, I am looking for people that would like to take part in a hardcore 10 man raid. This raid would run from 6:00 -1 0:00 Server time 3 days a week, what 3 days would be up for discussion of the finial group one put together.My hope for this raid would be to do hard modes and achievements as fast a humanly possible when the content is released.
I would also like the group to be able to help each gear up as fast as possible once we hit 85 so we can enter raids as soon as we can. Each player is responsible for themselves, in the end though it is up them each person to make sure by the time raid starts that they are the best they can be at that point in time. I am also only looking for peoples main characters and no alts so don’t ask. Once we have all we need from the instance then we can talk about bring a few in alts.
Once we find 10 people to fill the raid you will be expected to be there know your class and every encounter before we get there. As Knoppix mentioned in his post I’m looking for only serious and skilled players that stay up to date with current changes and have a good understanding of what they are doing. What I am hoping for is a focused group that can get in and out and still have a good time doing it. To do get this done we will need 10 people that like being around each other and know how to GIVE and TAKE criticism well as long as it is productive so the group can be successful as a whole. With this said bad attitudes and needless problem causing will be delt with the person in question being replaced.
I would like to clear all content this expansion with a group of people I like and enjoy playing with like it has been since I have joined Downfall. If this sounds like something you might be interested in let know so we can get a feel for what a possible raid composition might be like. If you can post your name of the character you wish to bring and spec you would like to play below.

See, and I was led to believe the Dunning-Kruger effect had to do with the changes a persons body goes under after looking at both Diane Kruger and Debbe Dunning at the same time. But clearly according to Scaron's Definition it's the type of person both of these ladies would undoubtedly date

Anyone got any suggestions for improvements / other helpful addons I might try. I like to keep most of the mods on the light side of memory but I'll try just about anything. I really like to get as much open space as possible to max out my areas to see shit coming.

Ok since so many of you are doing Old world content now I need your help (especially you in 10 under cap) There are 8 BOE ones I don't have that I want very very very very much. I can work out deals if you need compensation... some of these are very rare so I do understand if you want something in return. but heres the list....
