If u think it was 2 attempts please be accurate, we wiped 6 times on H Rotface. A fight that should not be new to u by any means. I just started boomkin on Giantpack. I have never played ranged before 1week ago. I did 10man in my weekly group and didnt fail to simple mechanics. If you think that its ok to waste 25 peoples time because your new to range that isnt fair to the rest. I understand that you guys are not looking for vulgar people to join Downfall. But when is it fair to completly waste 24 peoples time when your new to a class wether its ranged or melee. I mean i can understand 2 times, but i counted the 6 same people hit the same thing over and over again. I dont know which toon you were playing and if you were involved in that group. i can understand your point in being vulgar, but Rotface is not a new fight and wether your learning a class or not, that doesnt mean you shouldnt avoid the mechanic of a fight that isnt new by any means. I apologize that that statement came out but it was after 2 hrs of complete stupidity on the whole raid not 1 single person. And I believe that i was helping for 2hrs prior to that statement and not just ripping comments like that the whole raid.

He didn't say you only wiped 2 times, he said that it took him 2-3 attempts to really figure out how what he needed to do, and spent 2-3 attemps perfecting it. This response here sounds a lot like you are trying to justify your douchebaggary with things like "After 2hrs of complete stupidity" and "rotface is not a new fight" I'm glad that when you decided to be a boomkin you were amazing. Trying to say learning the fight from a different role is simple is a bit elitist. Some fights might seem simple, others might prove to be difficult. Sure its not a new fight but you surely are expected to change the way you do it. Someone who spends the whole fight up Rotfaces ass might struggle a little bit at range where he's got to move constantly and still manage to do some dmg.

If 5 or 6 ranged die everytime, thats not the entire raid's fault. If the RL turns your gkp into a progression raid with pugs, thats not the other people in your raids fault. Either way about it, sure everyone gets fustrated at times. Ask the rest of the downies in that run what they thought about it, there were a few. The problem comes down to this: when you want to get in the guild you are a great guy to be around, when you are out and about you take your fustrations out on others, put people down and make shitty comments that bring the raid down. The simple fact of the matter is that our guild values things a bit differently that other guilds.

You could be THE BEST dps on the server and be a total prick to be around, but you arn't going to get a Ginvite that way. It is important for everyone to know that while you sport the tag, you represent the community here. You arn't going to be doing that by degrading people and acting like you're so much better than everyone else.

I have to say I am really shocked. I have read every comment that has been posted. I have been repeadly been called Elitist, jerk, douchebag(douchebaggery) and so on. It seems that its ok for you guys to make comment after comment about something I stated in a raid after hours of repeatedly failing for the same reason. But it isnt ok for me to make a comment in a raid that has nothing to do with DF at all. I understand that a couple of members of DF were in that raid, and it seems that both those people are the ones making repeated comments about my statement in 1 raid. I have been raiding with 1 of your members for about 3 weeks in ICC10 and I havent had 1 single issue with him or the other members of that raid from Epidemic. I also raided with DF in RS25 with no issues as well. I cant go back in time and change what happened in the ICC GKP. My apolgies again and I hope we can move passed an already dead issue.

I think we all agreed on 1 thing here, your performance and attitude in our raid was perfect. An issue was brought up with the way you acted outside of raid. Our raid is typically only a small part of the time we spend on WoW. We pug Voa and all the 10m's as well as random gkps and such. This means that you are dealing with many random people on the server.

The issue was with your behavior there. What you did can only be explained as being a jerk. I am stumped as to how you cannot distinguish between us saying that your behavior was that of a jerk/elitist/douchebag or whatever other names have been tossed around and you calling people 'fucking retarded' and the various other comments about how easy it is.

We are saying you're behavior was out of line and you tried to justify it, which has attracted a lot of attention to your app. Now, your app isn't closed, people are giving you an opportunity to address the issue. If you really do want to be part of the guild you should take that opportunity and make the most out of it. Your outrage and attempt to disregard the issue as 'dead' arn't enough to satisfy most of the people here.

Had you said something along the lines of, "I was really fustrated with the raid and our inability to kill the boss, however my comments were out of line and I appologize." you would have gotten quite a different response. Please reread your response and try to see it from the other side of the coin. Downfall has a lot of expectations on how you represent the guild, we try to maintain a certain reputation. Everyone here is after the same thing, we want to be sure that you are the type of person that will not harm its name.

I'm a feral DPS and I saw your numbers... but numbers mean nothing when you forget that behind a toon, there is a person, and even if they fail a hundred times on the same stuff all over again, that doesn't give you the right to call any person "a fucking retarded" even if he/she is really retarded.

We had an ICC 25 GKP last week and someone of the non-DF buyers turned the 30% buff off... everybody was pissed and frustrated, it ruined the entire night, even our raid leader wanted to kill someone right there, but NONE of us said at any moment anything even close to "you are fucking retarded", even though the situation was perfect for someone losing his nerves and acting like that.

We just don't want people in our community that reflect that part of our society we want to escape from by playing this game...

I went into a VOA with a KB raid officer and a DF guild officer and had a intense word fight(intense!) while I was tanking Toravon. I fuck with pugs all the time,why? because it's fun and they are random ass people. This app has been confronted many times before about this event and has apologized many times and has worked it out with Onrique. Please, just fucking drop it it's getting old. I'm starting to think some of you took it personalty and just don't want to have him in guild because your too good of a person to share the same guild tag with him. Get over it.

I would get frustrated but I would keep it to myself and not call them out and call them names in chat. You're right this is just a game. But this is our Downfall community we are talking about. This is a place for friends and families to hang and have fun with others. We would like to keep our image as a great community guild. This isn't about raids or dps or nothing. It's about being a fit in this community. These guild apps are to help us assist with finding people that fit with this group. Clearly our guild apps find people that don't belong and we send them going, and sometimes we don't catch it till too late. Maybe like you? Since you think you should be kicked out, which I wouldn't mind I could careless. Just because he's nice in raids and nice on vent doesn't mean squat, it's a start but it's not everything.

This issue is not a big issue, but clearly people are not cool with it and have problems with it. You can't tell people to just "fucking drop it." If he has acted like this before he can obviously do the same again and it concerns people because our beloved guildies care about this guild and the image it brings to the Gorgonnash community.

I am pretty experienced in ICC and im pretty patient in "Progression". Downfall and every other raiding guild is a "Progression" guild. Im not an asshole, and u all treat me like I am. Its like your trying to draw it out of me to prove your point. I like progression and to chill with some chill people. Its like im being denied for 1 incident over the many good ones I have had with Downfall raiding. If you were there for H PP I would think your opinion would be diffrent. I had fun progressing even though we wiped for hours over stupid mistakes, counting the ones I had as well. I hope that the run we did yesterday changed some opinions some of you had. Hope to see you in the next raid

Its hard to not mess with a pug or a noob in trade chat or raid. sure i'll go out of my way to help newbies when i can, but i was messed with a lot when i started this game, and i think its fair to pass on that tradition and i am more than sure that doesn't completely reflect on anyones guild. I know GP and i've gotten to talk to him more and more every day. He's a nice guy with a big mouth. But that doesn't mean he shouldn't have a chance to join ur ranks. If anything just have him unkeybind his PTT key on vent and that should solve everything for everyone.

I'm glad that Onrique and GP have hashed it out and things are all better now. However all the comments that have been posted were before that happened. I tried to explain the issues with his appology and he's been saying its 'a dead horse' since like the 3rd comment. I'd be embarrased and want the conversation to stop too.

I'm going to talk about whatever I feel is relevent. If you do not find it relevent you do not have to give it your attention, disregard it.

That's not an apology by the way. You're pretty much saying "Anyone that comments on this issue needs to stop being a child and grow up." I see that as fairly rude. This issue is not a "dead issue." With anyone commenting on your behaviour before makes the issue not a dead issue because clearly there are people that are still uncool with. With anyone commenting on what you did before, there should be a simple "I'm sorry, I was frustrated at the moment and it won't happen again." But you're gonna go with telling people to drop it and grow up which is pretty rude. Uncalled for comments don't help your case at all, doesn't seem like you're learning anything through your app.
