Few more things here now that I can see your gear.

1. You're uber-over the hit cap for one of our 25 man raids. And, even if you're only raiding 10 mans w/ no Space Cows / spriests / boomkins, you're still over the hit cap. You can deal with this in a number of ways...dropping points in suppression, equipping different gear, etc. Ideally, you would have 343 (ish) hit (with zero points in suppression) for a 25 man raid with us...anything beyond that is wasted itemization. Further, even in a 10 man, as long as you have a draeni in group, you could still stand to drop a point out of suppression and place it, well, anywhere else. Pick dark pact back up or Improved Drain Soul, whatever..sort of a discretionary point.

2. I'm not trying to be mean, I'm hoping to be helpful here, but your gems are kind of a mess. Part of that may not be your fault. At EJ, you get weird stat weights that are a good general guideline, but usually assume BiS gear...(which most of us are nowhere near). Using the latest 3.3.3 spreadsheet, I'm showing that your toon gets 2.19 dps per point of spellpower vs. 1.99 dps per point of haste. 

Here are my suggestions:

Head: Pop a spellpower /spirit gem in for the haste / spirit gem

Neck: Fine as is.

Shoulder: Fine as is.

Cloak: Can't tell as your pvp cloak is on.

Chest: Oddly enough, you'll want the socket bonus here. Dump your straight sp gems for a sp/spirit (in blue) and a sp/Haste in yellow. That will net you an extra 9sp.

Bracers: Fine as is.

Your hands...I usually just ignore socket bonuses when they're only +5 spellpower and require a blue gem. Usually, you'll get more just socketing straight sp in those slots. (and the spreadsheet shows that I'm right on this.)

Belt: Switch the 20 haste for 23 sp, and the haste/spirit for spellpower / spirit.

Your pants: pop out the hit / spirit gem for sp / spirit

Boots:IMO, you'll get more out of tuskarr's vitality than from Icewalker...and you certainly don't need the hit there. (In this one, for reasons of scaling keep your +haste gem, but switch out your +haste / spirit for sp/spirit.

Ring (of rapid ascent): gem straight spellpower

ring (endless Destruction): fine as is.

End result: 19 dps increase. I don't know if that's worth it to you (bear in mind that that also includes dropping icewalker for tuskarr's). IF it were me (and it's not) it'd probably drive me crazy so i'd switch. But 19 dps is not all that signifcant when we're talking about 12k ish. If you kept icewalker for the crit, you'd actually gain about 35 dps just from gems (so that's probably closest to the actual increase.)

3. You're not really using the PvP cloak for pve are you?  When iLvl 264 cloaks are dispensed freely for EmblOFrost? Hopefully not, and hopefully your pve cloak is enchanted with Lightweave Embroidery.

All in all, things look pretty good. Hopefully we'll see you in action soon!

I'm playing on my alt atm and armory did update, so my PvE gear is there.
A change that I am looking to make in my PvE gear though is to get the Leggings of Woven Death instead of the Sanctified ones and a Sanctified chest instead of my current one.  I have the emblems and everything lol I just need to wait for a token.

HONESTLY the skip out on Nightfall was mainly a healer issue in the raid I was last in.  They were a little less geared than the rest of us so it was really to help them out so I didn't run out of mana and put more strain on them, but I can fix it now!  In raids I don't run out of mana because I tap periodically not only for the spell power buff but to not put strain on the healers as well.  I do not usually use Dark Pact in a typical raid situation because my Felhunter's Shadow Bite uses mana as well so he needs it!

As for aggro, I don't know that I've EVER pulled aggro off a tank in a 25-man, and chances are your tanks are more geared than the ones I was running with.  Key to that is to Soulshatter appropriately and know when to.  A Warlock should NEVER pull aggro...

As for rotation I open with Shadow Bolt to get Shadow Mastery and Shadow Embrace running so that my DoT damage is maximized.  After that...
-Corruption (since it should only need to be applied once)
-Haunt
-Unstable Affliction (both of which should not expire at any time)
-Curse of Agony (Curse of Elements does not stack with the Death Knight buff, and a lot of Warlocks still use Curse of Doom.  I tend to switch depending on the fight.)(Curse of Agony should be off the target for no more than a fraction of a second and not refreshed before it does come off because the last tick of damage is always the most powerful.  This is the only true DoT that should expire on the target.)
-Shadow Bolt (Fillers when everything is up.  Substitute for Drain Soul when the target is low enough.)
