Lox, It is nothing personal. Some Downfall members feel that the guild is getting too huge and impersonal, so we try to discourage people from joining to "just hang out" which generally leads to boredom and /emo gquit. We are a HUGE guild and we do not want people to join if there is nothing for them to do... I think Cisper's main point is that there will be very little PvE raiding slots available to you outside of the weekend fun run...

Cisper, Although a gear analysis is good you should really focus on the player's stated reason for applying versus assuming that they are applying to end-game raid. This gives the appearance that you skipped reading the app. and just clicked on the armory. I am sure you didn't do that but it makes you sound like a... I think "Douchebag" is over used and the proper term for a female dog is considered derogatory.

Let's try to be a little more considerate to the friends of our members. I believe we are a community first progression raiding second.

Recently I have noticed that mAlt and Smash 'n Grab are struggling to fill 25 man slots which Lox has more than enough gear for. Though there is stuff for him to do, I do not recommend recruiting people just to fill our weekend fun runs.

Lox, if you are interested sign up for the weekend raids of SSC, TK, Gruul, and Mag. These raids are great chances to get to know the rest of us... Don't be fooled by the term "fun run" - This is not a game!

Ok maybe i said that comment wrong about me hanging out!, i understand you guys raid and raiding requires a lot of time/dedication and will to do the best for the progression towards end game content. And i am willing to wait and go where i am needed. i have no issue with weekend raids or where ever i am needed.

Again, there isn't much we can really cater you with. Both our Main Raids have a pool of competitive, punctual and consistent Warlocks. Your gear level is far below then what is too be expected for the content we're in aswell.

We're not a Karazhan guild, we're not a Zul'aman guild, yes we are a strong community based guild, but we are also Primarily PvE orientated on an End-game level. What you offer us, and what we could offer you doesn't seem to balance.

AndI think that is awesome that you have punctual and consistent locks!

As to you questions on my gear, let me ask you or anyone else here, Did you not start with less than "end-game level" gear? or did I miss the memo on where to just buy gear?

I don't remember me saying Downfall was a karazhan guild or even ZA, if that was the case I will tell you now this is not where I want to be! I am also looking for end-game gear but I am at a different level than you and probably most on gear but that does NOT mean I won’t work hard on getting better gear in whatever way I can!

I understand I won’t be able to come in and perform the same as your other consistent locks but do know I am willing to helpout in any no matter how little or a lot I am needed in!

I've know Alecs for almost as long as I have been playing wow. He's a really great guy and he helped me alot in my early days of wow.

He's very good dps, I know we are a bit tight on dps as is, but he would fit in well with Downfall. And there is always Malt runs he can get into and random kara runs.

He's geared & he knows his class. And unlike alot of people that I know that have gotten a girlfriend/wife (some reason it only happens to the guys) I doubt he would stop playing wow because of getting married.

I have taken Loxmyth to kara a few times when our schedules work together and he's very good usually top dps
