Raid Experience:

Pre BC Experience: ZG cleared everything a zillion times and plan on never going back to that shit hole again, MC same as ^, BWL cleared, Onyxia cleared, AQ20/40 cleared as well. all done with <Frenzy> on my warrior (Tank) and druid (Resto)

BC Experience: Kara/ZA cleared, Gruul cleared, SSC cleared, TK cleared, MH cleared, 5/9 BT cleared. all done on my warrior (Fury) and shaman (Resto) with RL friends in <Guardians of Light>

Wotlk Experience: Naxx 10/25 cleared, Malygos 10/25 cleared, Sarth 10/25 cleared (Only attempted 1 drake on both so far, 1 shotted) all done with <do not want> and <Drunk and Disorderly> on my shaman. Was resto the first week of 80 then respeccd elemental and have been loving it ever since

Recently, our MT and pretty much raid leader left with 4 of our core raiders (Moonspirit, Denial, DP, Finis, soon Marsdruid, etc.) to join Oblivion or w/e their guild name is now, so they could raid with some old raiders. last night was supposed to be our naxx 25 raid and only 16 people showed up as I predicted and I really don't see us moving on from there. I've played with most of the people in that guild from the starting of Frenzy, to DJpenguins forgotten coast guild, to and now to <Drunk and Disorderly> and I think it's time to move on. Also alot of my friends in the guild are also planning to leave and branch off to other guilds so I guess I just don't want to be there when the shit goes down. I gotta get to class so i'll check this again later.

Solid app...took time to use proper grammar & punctuation (garreth I know the app will be hard to read..but you can do it!) A+ for community before raiding...surprised you had no references to tell you that's the #1 most important thing here in DF.

Gear itemization looks good (you can go DIAF with your [39229] though) LoL just kidding..a little jealousy between Elemental Shamans. ;) Spec is pretty much the cookie cutter Shammy spec. I'm not a big fan of Shamanistic Focus...since elemental shamans are the new holy pallies (we NEVER run out of mana...well unless we die..lol) but hey that's just 1 pt.

Be prepared though, hope you have thick skin...you'll get a lot more rips like Diky's...your name really is bad...lol

A few things to start you off on the road to discovery (or perdition....):

We have a dedicated channel we use for grabbing up guild-apps when a raid is incomplete. Type /join dfrecruit the next time you login. Don't delay!
As a Shaman you have another very useful ability besides dps, which is healing! How's your healing gear for 10mans, etc? Basically, when the 25mans are done, how easily can you go heal a 10man maly on the fly? :-)
Solid app, but you do have to explain the name, you've peaked my curiosity.
STAY ACTIVE IN THIS THREAD. This thread is your lifeline to being a future DF member, if someone gives you a reply, whether it be positive or constructive criticism, please give them the respect of answering.
Sign-Up! Once you've gotten a feel for the way the guild works, you'll realize that it can be a very slow process, or it can be an instant process to start raiding with the guild. But if you don't sign-up and leave a comment, we don't know you're available and it will never happen.
Join IRC. I'm bored.
IF you sign-up, be there. If you sign-up for naxx25 for Tues/Wed/Thurs and don't get in Tues, you're gonna give yourself a bad rep if they go to call on you Wed and you're keyed.
I'm just a bored random guildy with little influence on who gets approved, but when I talk, Dragonspear listens. And look how long he's managed not to get kicked out!

Ahaha yeah I won the spider's embrace 2 days ago actually with an epic 100 roll agaisnt 5 other casters. To explain the name, my brother used to play on my account and he made a 19 shaman twink. Given he is 13 years old, didn't expect much from him to make an epic name, and a name change may be in the future to Soupdog or something else amazing. As far as healing gear goes, I have a pretty decent healing set 2.2k heals unbuffed and about 450 MP5, like I said in the app, I have experience in healing in raids and I usually do pretty well.
