ClassTimers 3.1 Fix
Agoney — Wed, 04/15/2009 - 06:02
open classtimer.lua, do a find & replace for this:
if duration and duration > 0 and self.db.profile.Abilities[name] and isMine then
Replace with:
if duration and duration > 0 and self.db.profile.Abilities[name] and isMine=="player" then
For DotTimers:
Fix for DoTimer on PTR:
1. Open your DoTimer folder in the TEST Addons folder and find the Core.Lua file. This can usually be found in C:\Program Files\World of Warcraft Public Test\Interface\AddOns\DoTimer\DoTimer\Core.Lua
2. Open this file in notepad (or whatever...) and search for the two occurrences of UnitAura.
3. Three lines below the FIRST occurrence you will see the code if isMine then
4. Change this to if isMine=="player" then
5. Save and close the file.
6. Reload your UI (/rl) if in game or just reboot WoW.
7. ???
8. Profit.
Thank Cadrach from Casual Jerks (Al'Akir) and the mobs around Thunder Bluff that spent the last half hour being VE'd to bits by us to sort this out.
