KITTEN BRIGADE WANTS <YOU>! (Particularly if you're a mage or a druid)

As the title says, Downfall's Kitten Brigade 25man Ulduar raid is looking for a strong mage and a druid! Preferably a resto druid. And realistically, if you're interested, get in touch anyway.
Kitten Brigade is gunning for hard mode content, both in current Ulduar progression as well as when 3.2 comes out in the next few months. We're not recruiting a 3k dps mage or a druid that doesn't know the difference between Lifebloom and Lifeblood. We're looking for a mage and a druid that are absolutely dedicated to excelling at every facet of their class, are willing to take criticism, and above all - understand that they can always improve.
That said, if you're interested and you have the chops for Ulduar hard-mode progression, feel free to speak up in here anyway! For too long we've had people floating along, content with easymode content. Now's the time to prove that we're a hard-mode (or hard-core, whatev') raid, and now is YOUR opportunity to show that you've got what it takes.

Above are the two recruitment posts I've made.
I've also been posting on potential applicants on the recruitment forums, and talking with people in-game as well whenever they should arise.
What I would like from our KB raiders is the following:
1) Help me bump our recruitment posts. I'd prefer to keep them towards the top of the guild recruitment and Gorgonnash forums.
2) MORE IMPORTANT THAN #1 - if people try to troll our recruitment posts, ignore them!
3) If you see people in Trade or General chat looking for a decent raiding guild, get their name and check their armory. They might fit the bill for what we need.
4) If anyone talks to you about joining guild, direct them to our website and/or to myself, Garreth, Nuitarin, or Quisjaa.
5) If you've got any friends that need a strong raid that fit our general requirements, direct them here.
Please help us in our recruitment drive. We're looking predominantly for a mage, a druid (preferably resto), and a priest of most any kind.

moriella — Wed, 07/01/2009 - 09:49While I can understand the need for a mage/druid, I'm not sure why you labeled the post titles as you did.
As I see it, we need to fill about 10 additional KB slots (including fill ins) - aside from brief mention of a priest, your recruitment posts will only draw druid/mage apps and probably not a priest at all as you didnt encourage priest class to read it. Did we want all 10 of our new raiders to be mage/druid cause thats what the title and body of your posts read like.
I'd think something along the lines of
Downfall needs more dedicated hardcore raiders for it's main progression raid
A heading like this will get more reads, which will result in more applicants from varied classes. You can emphasize in the post that you definatly want a mage/druid.
Again, my concern is that everytime this raid has needed raiders the answer has been for you to go to the forums and try to recruit. As you and I agreed last night, this has failed everytime it's been tried. What can we do differently this time? Taking the same actions each time and expecting a different result is folly.
