I've definitely grown dependent on some, especially DBM and x Perl for raid frames.

Raid Experience:

I hit 70 on my hunter not long before the release of WotLK, so the only raid experience i got was a few clears of Karazhan. At 80 on my Hunter, I've cleared Naxx 10&25, 13/14 in Ulduar 10&25, 5/5 ToC 10&25, 5/5 in ToGC 10 (Mad Skill), 3/5 in ToGC 25, 5/12 ICC 10 (Festergut down), 4/12 ICC 25.

On my Paladin, I've cleared Naxx 10&25, 13/14 in Ulduar 10&25, 5/5 ToC 10&25, 5/5 in ToGC 10 (Mad Skill), 5/12 ICC 10&25 (Festergut down). I've tanked all of these instances, and healed

I have BSs in Chemical Engineering and Materials Science & Engineering. I graduated in June and have given up looking for a job for the time being because the market is terrible for my major. I'm a runner and enjoy the occasional run, but obviously not during raid time =)

I've spent a bit of time changing alot of things around, its definitely alot cleaner. I'm still working used to getting used to working with the new keybinds and the new frames, so if anyone needs a tank for heroics or anything feel free to yell it out in the DFrecruit channel!

One suggestion for you is to find a new home for you Pally Power. Its actually very easy to change how it looks. I have a SS somewhere that shows what I did with mine to show you what I mean.

Also you really shouldn't need to see buffs on every frame, especially Devotion aura and righteous fury. Personally I only show auras on my target and then its only de-buffs that I apply.

Changing the background of omen will make it less of an eye sore and if your a tank like me I like to keep an eye on grid and omen you might consider moving omen closer to your feet to minimize the area that you have to actually look at while doing all of the other tanking stuff that paladins can do.

Anyhow my quick advice turned into much more then I planned but I got to say this UI is much much better and once your used to it I'm sure it will make your tanking much more enjoyable.

Thanks for your advice, Kaluu was telling me the same thing about having grid and threat meters closer to my toon for convenience sake. I moved basically everything left, and then moved my chat windows all the way to my right so now grid is centered with my toon and threat meter is right next to it. I actually switched to Skada because of its mode-switching, so it allowed for the consolidation of threat meter and DPS meter, saving a bit more space.

My pally power is something I'm not happy with at the moment, I've seen it on other peoples' UIs where it was set up in a way where it stretches out left, and I'm still trying to figure out how to do that. I'm not actually sure what you mean about showing buffs on frames, are you meaning about debuffs on the current target?

Anyways, thanks so much for your input, I'm still tweaking things so any input is appreciated and helps alot =)

buffs on frames

In your latest UI pick the buffs I was talking about are the devotion aura and righeous fury icons that you can see on your pitbull frames. You can filter out what buffs/auras you can see on each frame. I find that it clutters the unit frame if there are too many icons around the unit frames.

If you havent figured out how to change your Pally Power by tonight I'll write up the how to after raid.

I'm actually using ag_ui, not pitbull and I don't think that option exists for me ><. With that said clutter should be okay, since I'm used to seeing giant icons that stretch up literally 4-5 rows, this is already much cleaner. With moving my chat windows to the other side of my screen I was able to move pally power somewhere more convenient, on the left side of my screen right above my bartender, and I have it stretching to the right so its something thats always in view, so I can keep an eye on buffs as well.
