i use a couple, its totally fine with me since it makes it easier anyway. As for the next question, that would depend what, im rly comfortable with my good old Healbot and doing great with it, i dont like Grid, personal preference though.

My toon is a draenei so i started in BC, All BC except Muru and KJ, All WOTLK excpet 3 drakes which i never rly had the chance to have the good group for. All as healer, i lvl from lvl 1 to 70 as holy so lots of healing exp.

Dont you think having in your guild a bad healer that uses Grid and deny a good one that use Healbot would hold your raid back:O I think so.

We don't have bad healers.

The guild doesnt have bad healers. Besides if a guild is so adamantly pushing you to get grid and you want in. I would get grid. The chances of you argueing with them and still getting in well thats about the chance of Juaquin Pheonix getting a platinum album for his music career.

So all youre healers are good, yea, theres some Ulduar achievements missing i think, but youre all good, how could that be possible?
