For the last 2 days, everytime I try to log in, as soon as I put in my password and hit enter key the screen freezes for about 5 seconds and then I get "you have been disconnected from the server" I've tried the repair wow tool with no luck and have called tech support all day only to hear "we're very busy so call back later" recording.  I'm open for any suggestions, just keep in mine there is not a bigger computer noob so if you can help please be specific.  thx  lorb
