No waiting for 245 gear to put in epic gems isn't the right idea it's about maximizing your dps always therefore you should have real epic gems in your gear not blue quality PoSes. Meanwhile your chest that is 245 you only have 8 stats to chest on when you could have 10 stats to chest. 

Added to that you have 2 wasted gems that are sovereign dreadstones when you should be stacking arp unless the bonus is over 6 strength and it's a yellow and/or red combination. On the one blue socket you do take it should be a nightmare tear and use the relentless earthsiege diamond.

You should be stacking ArP as it will quickly become your best stat especially with your trinket. 

Your hit cap as fury is 130 since specials cap at 8% and you get 3% from talents and 1% from a draenei. This means you have a bunch of wasted hit. While we're at it you also want 26 expertise and you currently have 10 from your pants alone.

Finally as well as needing the hodir enchant to your shoulder you also need to ditch the pvp enchant on your helm since you ARE exalted with Knights of the Ebon Blade. 

Finally get an enter key and give us some paragraphs and overall comprehension of the written English Language.

TL;DR: You have a LONG way to go and I'm not all that impressed by your first impression.
