Your app was refreshing and your responses were too.  I'm lead on one of the raids, Galaga, and a fellow pally (healz/tank).   We have one ret pally currently (Hackman) in our raid, who is very good and might be someone to exchange ideas with on that spec.  Our mythic raid to be will have the following mdps: monk, warrior, pally, rogue.  Although we could add more, I rather not have a 3rd plate dps.  Healz on the other hand could work, allowing me to go full time tank. 

We currently raid Tues/Sun (9pm eastern time), so feel free to check in to see if there are any open spots.  This late in the xp we do an alt/sub raid on Tues with some H content, depending on the composition.  We work on progression on Sundays, but if we don't have 10 H mode raiders, we switch that to reg mode for kicks.

Welcome to the App process. First off, you're one of the best looking apps we've seen in a long while. The only things I saw wrong was that your shoulders were reforged wrong (you have mastery > haste, you should have the expertise to haste) also there's still an exp/haste gem in your chest, that you could change to str/haste and still be over expertise cap. The last things I saw, weren't necessarily wrong, but more wrong for PvE. Your glyphs are not optimal. If you're going to be running Clemency instead of Unbreakable Spirit, you should be running Glyph of Hand of Sacrifice. Also Glyph of Mass Exorcism may reduce it's range to melee only, but is a DPS increase worth taking (for multi target of course, but so many of the fights are)

Friends of the guild are always welcomed in with open arms, but it's nice to see you app since you're maybe a bit more serious about joining a raid and PvP group with us. This let's us see you understand your class. I only have a couple of questions for you, after I get satisfactory answers I would like to chat with you on our Mumble.

2) Are you playing on an old square monitor?

3) Understanding we have many people of many different backgrounds, is english your native language?

4) You say Dark Shaman is your least favorite due to the precision required and how easy it is for one person to mess it up. Which mechanic (or combination of a couple) would you say gives you the most trouble and why?

I really like the thoroughness of your application.  Especially in regards to your talents and why you chose them.  It helps us understand you more as a player and your potential playstyle by providing the information as you did.  Props to you.  The only thing I have to criticize since I'm not a paladin is... ewww stock UI.

We are currently planning to have a larger PvP 'presence' in WoD than we've had in previous expansions.  More details are being worked on in regards to that, but we are expecting to have a regular RBG group set up and going through WoD, as well as a Friday Fun-day Ashran, where anyone in guild who just wants to mess around can go and have a good time and build community.  So that could be a route you can take.

As for progression raiding, we are looking to have 3 raids going and all are expected to be in mythic content.  So there are opportunities that await for you depending how the rest of your application process goes.
