Damn dude are you serious?  I know during the Voa 25 you told me you app'd,  but I had no idea you just slapped it together. 

I saw your dps in Voa.  I also saw your gear you wore in Voa.  I wanna say you had 30% pvp gear and 70% pve gear.  Also, if I remember correctly you werent top 5 dps.

I cant really give you any pointers on your gear cause well....I know you like to pvp...and trust me it shows in your gear.

You have a problem with 3 weeks to 3 months?  Dude that doesnt me anything.  I was raiding with Downfall like...the Tuesday after I app'd.  I did everything, was included in everything, and was expected to perform exactly the same as everybody else.  It was as if I was in Downfall without the name above my head.  What did I do?  I made an app guild...cause I was bored.

Took me 3 months to get in. (Mainly because I'm in the military and my schedule always changes.)  I altered my sleeping schedule to be able to raid on the nights that I had to wake up at 5am.  I'm eastern time just like you.  Unless your parents are mad cool....1am est isnt gunna fly during school.

Everybody can always learn something else about their toon.  Nobody's perfect.  If you come in here with a closed mind....well...you get the responses you see here. 

You mention GS.  Yeaaaaaa Downfall doesnt care squat about GS.  The ICC10 man I was fortunate to be a part of this past week did a full clear.  We had a lock and a pally both at or around 5.6k gs.  The lock was topping the dps charts on some fights.  I was like OMFG....wtf are all these other locks fkn up on?  GS is a pretty number...but I honestly laugh when I have people come to me and are like....dude I beat you in gs...get owned.

You're 16.  Cool.  I was 16 once.  I was also arrogant at 16, but my story was I posted on a drumline forum.  I got my ass handed to me by all the veteran drummers.  I retaliated...and now that I look back at it all...man was I a jackass.  Your hobby is MMA.  Sounds interesting I suppose,  but try to keep the macho man stuff out of it.

As many people mentioned.  Why is your UI a rogue?  You seemed alright when we talked in Voa (with the exception of you constantly asking me if you could have the pvp pants) sooooo what happened here? 

 I think you should edit a lot of this to make it seem more professional.  This guild is a tremendous step above pug groups.  They demand a lot more....they expect a lot more.  Best of luck to you sir.

Not to be a jerk, but considering how little ICC raid experience you have, I don't think you'll be the one teaching others how to do fights/how to increase their dps. 

You might want to elaborate on every section of your application, basically.  Right now you're concise and straight to the point, but none of the points are really in your favor, if you understand what I'm saying.

And as others have mentioned, there is plenty in this app that is worrisome.  Just saying.
