I think what the mojority of us are looking for is a bit of depth from you, in regards to: knowledge of your class and spec, your overall personality (fitting in here is just as, if not more important than your dps) and what you can bring to a raid and a guild.
We currently have 2 raids deep in hardmodes, thus we are trying to min/max everything with our gear as best as possible. Missing enchants are an eyesore to us, especially with how unbelievably easy it is to obtain gold/gear. Also, are you the type of raider who has a stack of flasks on them at all times, as well as the willingness to chug a pot, or pre-pot if necessary? Can you put forth the undivided attention that is necessary to raid for 3+ hours at a time? Visible effort is very important to us during your application process. If there are upgrades out there for you in a 5 man, get after em. Shoot me a whisper and we'll put a group together.
Lastly, I will state that there is more to Downfall than running in a raid and raking in loot. Being an active member of our community is very important to us. To contribute to the community by "contributing mats" isn't really what we're looking for. We have a lot of in-house arena teams, 10 mans, fanclubs, poker tournaments and drag-racing leagues. A lot of times you can find people chatting in vent that aren't in-game because, for the most part (suck it Elapsed), we like each-other here. So, we'll ask again, how do you feel you can contribute to the Downfall community?

Your reasoning for not enchanting your cloak is not valid. If we did what you did, we would not even bother do ICC25 as Cataclysm is coming out soon(tm). Stop slacking and enchant your cloak now instead of using the excuse of "I'm waiting for a drop/badges from ICC25".
If your other 80s are even remotely near revered in rep for Ebon Blade, why bother earning rep on your warrior? The enchant is Bind on Account= buy on your other level 80, mail to your warrior.

I don't want you to divulge your personal information here but we do make decisions about invites based on how they will fit into our community not based purely on their play.
Also who in epidemic is this mystery warrior you are talking about. Also if you want to maximize your toon you should get Landsoul's spreadsheet from the Elitist Jerks. You should prolly go ahead and read what they have to say about your chosen class too.

he doesn't mind waiting around for guild runs but will just pug runs until he can? how is he ever going to provide good parses or allow for raiding interaction if hes always locked, it's not like all the guild runs start on tues and he can know that hes able to pug, sub-ins happen.
MS in fury? i understand its a "class" question but i always took it as more of a spec what can a fury warrior provide? WW interrupts and dps sounds....half assed
from the comments thus far and the responses i've seen, this really doesn't seem like a lucrative option, unless we're in disarray and in dire need of a pummel bot.

Btw it IS NOT our job to bring you in to get the upgrades to make you raidable. It's your job to get there and make sure you are squared away for us. Good Luck getting a DBW anytime soon outside a GKP, NES you can farm daily. Save the gold on Bryntoll as it's a waste compared to shadow's edge and Banner of Victory is an easily farmable trinket.
Regarding your shaman and blowing your gold on him. A lot of people in downfall have alts but the first thing you do before doing things for an alt is squaring your main away first. Doubly so for you since you are still apping to guild.
And while I'm not god's gift to fury warriors I do have a fairly good idea of what I'm talking about since I was raiding in downfall as a top dps fury warrior.

Gear Wise
Dragon — Thu, 05/27/2010 - 12:43You are massively over special hit cap (with a draenei which you claim to be but aren't on armory) you only need about 130ish hit to specials cap and you are at nearly 400. I'd advise getting a mirror of truth, a needle encrusted scorpion or banner of victory to replace your badge trinket.
I'd advise making your next badge purchase your t10 helm to get the valuable 4p set bonus. If you are rolling in money I'd craft the plate dps pants for now with your high expertise (cap is 26 for melee dps attacking from the back and you're at 45) but eventually you will want to use Helm, Legs, Chest and Shoulders for your set pieces and use the badge gloves for fury.
Try to keep all your gemming one way or another, you still have a few str gems that can be changed over to arp. Once you start trimming out some expertise you can get rid of your heroic throwing dagger and pick up Crimson Star from the Triumph vendor.
Helm needs an enchant, Shoulder needs the Exalted Hodir enchant, cloak needs an enchant and boots should probably be changed to Tuskar's vitality for raiding.
Based on your reps you really haven't been lvl 80 for a long time so go ahead and hurry up knocking out Knights of the Ebon Blade to revered.
I will again repeat what i said in a previous post. There isn't a lot for us to look at atm and your gear still needs a lot more work and planning. Also if you were to get invited to a fresh 25m raid do you already have all the mats stored away to get Shadow's Edge as soon as you get the blood of festergut and rotface?
