Starting off on spec:

-No Imp Icy touch (mob attack speed debuff)

-Vicious strikes & Unholy Command are mostly inefficient points spent

-Mark of Blood but no Hysteria(hysteria is a HUGE dps boost to the raid)

-No scent of blood, RP gen will be slower = less runestrikes = less threat

-Bloodworms are really not that great of a talent for raiding

-No blood gorged (used mainly for the ArP portion)

-Spell deflection is a useless talent(math has been done & it's cost can't be justified as there's so few single target spell dmg attacks from bosses)

GLYPHS:

-No Glyph of Rune Strike

Gear: Overall decent only a few adjustments there

-Try & get your Tier 10 4Pce if you plan on tanking any hard modes(an extra Survival CD is invaluable)

-Your expertise is REALLY low

-+16 defense to cloak should probably be replaced with +225 Armor

-Personal preference: you could swap the +22 stam on boots to Tuskarr's

I've not raided or run with you so i have no first hand account of your skills but i will tell you the reality of applying to a guild such as ours as a tank does put a severe limitation on when we'd need you, generally progression raids (like our two full ones) have set tanks who have been raiding for some time as well as possibly on offspec'd one that's been geared up "in case".  Not in anyway trying to shoo you out the door just saying that it's the cold reality of it.
