They are needed in the game today. Grid has been the most important thing to me in wow for a while now. Boss mods, Clique and bar mods are things I can't live without.

The screens hot is my most recent UI incarnation (I'm anal about changing it once a month or so) Grid expands out in that space above my bars. I use clique for my main heals. The bars on the right disappear if I'm not hovering.

I have gotten my ten man Kingslayer and made it through 9/12 heroic with what was my regular group. On twenty five man I have seen all through Blood queen but never downed her.

I also did all of the Burning Crusade raids during Burning Crusade before the big 3.0 patch except Sunwell.

I'm a network administration student at Morrisville State College. I work as network/MIS engineer for a Cisco contractor Shoregroup. I work at the IT help desk here at college. I also work at the customer service desk at a local grocery store Wegmans. I'm a workaholic but I also love video games and hanging out with my friends here.

Thanks for applying. A few things I noticed that I wanted to comment about. You say you are raiding as disc, but your gems are more for holy. Disc gemming is all SP, and the meta is the SP/2% int. Mana shouldn't be a problem in current content.

Your spec is fine, one thing I would change is Divine Fury to Spellward. In most hard modes, the spell damage adds up, as well as DFury not really effecting anything important. Might think about adding minor glyph of shadowfiend. Other than that, looks like a good application.

I understand the SP gemming of disc but I never went there because the raid groups I was in, I was never the "Bubble Spammer" We three healed most fights with a Resto Shammy/Druid so I was the tank healer as we never had a holy paladin in our raid comp, hence the gems to keep me going longer. (also the reason for my meta choice)

When I was working on hardmodes I had an alternate spec that took Spell Warding mainly for fights like Blood Council and Sindragosa.

Another note about gems: Gems are means to an end and they represent now, the stats I need most. The crit gem and the SP/SPI gems need to go but not until I have a point to work towards.

i'm real skeptical on someone who left guild wanting to come back. in my eyes you have already set a precedance for looking at the greener grass on the other side of the fence. I'm not sure thats something we want to take a chance on with Cata looming over us. Gitting my vote will not come easy but i;ll be watching this app none the less.

My leaving was hardly anything to do with wanting to get out of Downfall. Then, I was like some nobody who you didn't notice was in guild. I didn't apply to get in, I didn't use up resources I was just a floater at the time. While I see your arguement I think you should at least give me a chance. I'm saying that because I doubt much of anyone really remembers much of me other than the occasional mALT Kara/Gruuls run. Albeit Judge, I miss that guy.

I left guild right after Hamfist got it's first Illidan kill. At least, that's the last event I remember in guild happening.

I also did go horde for a while to raid with my friend Chris. I brought him back though shortly after ToC came out because that's when Chris left me to join Ellis Guild.

I left guild because I wasn't usable. I could meet raid times, my computer couldn't handle where LF1M was in Hyjal or Hamfist in BT. That, and I didn't really get in for any reason other then Barqz being a long time member originally.

I want a guild, not a raid group. The guilds I have been with since have been pretty terrible except for Odyssey. Even though I never raiding in one of the main 25 mans I kept a lot of those things that you guys emphasize like having mats, being enchanted and gemed, learning fights and being early.
