Good interview, ginvited and closed

A few things...

1. You are missing enchants on your chest, bracers and gloves.  You used to be 6/8H in DS so you know that enchants are very important.  While the gear that isnt enchanted is all Raid Finder, we still look to see people putting their best foot forward and always have their gear situated, even if it is Raid Finder.
2. Talents - I'm assuming you keep Piercing howl for PvP purposes?  In PvE its very situational and I would recommend you use disrupting shout for that AoE interrupt on a mob/boss.  Very handy for Garrosh when too many people get MC'd and the idiots in LFR or Flex dont want to dps them down to prevent the cast getting off.   Smart choice with Bladestorm, I used it very rarely prior to SoO, but it became pretty much mandatory in almost every fight.  As for Safeguard/Vigilance,  I would vote against Safeguard, simply because if you intercept the wrong thing at the wrong time you're dead.  Vigilance is the safer choice.  I'm not huge on Arms as Fury has dominated this expansion for PvE, but from what I've read, Bloodbath is high and above the option of choice for Arms over Storm Bolt.  Storm bolt is more preferable for Fury since we dual-wield weapons and SB hits with both.  You get a nice hit on Arms with it, but it appears the bleed would be better long term.  For glyphs I would drop the Bull Rush, but I'm assuming you are using that for PvP as well.  For PvE your best bet would be Death From Above to reduce the CD on your Heroic Leap.  You should be trying to use heroic leap when you have downtime in your rotation to give you that extra dmg boost and can help with quick repositioning.
3. Your UI.  What addons do you utilize for raiding?  Please take note that all of the raids we are setting up for Mythic will require DBM and also "WeakAuras 2" at a minimum.  I can see you have a dmg meter, and you have some customization going which I like to see as it shows players put some effort into their playstyle to help them succeed.  I tend to frown upon stock UIs.  As Elapsed said, using a 4:3 ratio screen is odd, but I can understand the cost aspect.  You can always use a viewport addon to give you the widescreen aspect.  Give yourself a nice black space on the bottom of your screen to put all your actionbars, dmg meters, etc, so they dont take up valuable screenspace to affect your vision.  Think of it as watching widescreen movies on your old CRT fatback TV but with only a bottom bar.  2 viewport addons I would suggest would be CBH_Viewport, and Skinner.  CBH_Viewport is a little older than Skinner, but its a LOT more basic/easy to use.  I would recommend it over Skinner since Skinner tends to give a lot of LUA bugs.
4. Your raid availability.  You say you are available all 7 days of the week.  Is there a more preferable set of days/times you are looking to raid?  We are going to have 3 mythic raids with 3 differing schedules.  2 of which might benefit you more as they are 9-12EST while the 3rd is 12-3AM EST.  We are also planning on running a Normal (current Flex-level) raid on Saturdays that will be more community focused and lax.  Once that group is clearing the raids it will be achievment based runs.
