The only changes you have done have been enchanting correctly, received your 264 tier helm, and picked up the brewfest trinket. Why could you just go spend 40 triumph badges, convert them to heroism badges, and just get the Mirror of Truth, gee, I don't know, the week that you hit 80 in the first place? Waiting 2 months just for this trinket just sounds silly. In fact, you haven't even regemmed your belt one way (Arp) or another(Agi) yet.

PVP neck/waist. I hit 80 on this server August 2, so about 5 weeks ago. I haven't gotten enough Frost emblems to upgrade to better trinket/waist (just bought cloak, helm/chest the past few weeks). Neck has been unlucky as I haven't gotten any drops in GKPs to buy. Same with trinkets, lost rolls on heroic WFS and didn't have enough gold to buy DBW. Basically it's been too short of an amount of time in order to be "gear competitive" with people who've been on this server forever. However, I still feel that I would be a good fit for Downfall and the gear will come in time. The skills are there, the leadership and knowledge of encounters are also there. Ask the people I referenced in the App for their honest opinion and I think they will have good things to say.
I know its a moot point, but I didn't WANT to drop 150g on a helm enchant that I should be replacing within a day or 2 (as soon as I can get/buy a token). That's the reason there's no helm enchant. Same thing with green gems in the PVP belt. (Next frost emblem upgrade are waist and trinket. Hopefully with these explanations you can see past the gear and more into the App itself.
