Your metagem isn't activated yet, you need atleast 1 red, 1 yellow, and 1 blue gem. Like I said, a nightmare tear, or a red or orange gem now would activate it. +3 int to bracers is not the best enchant you can get. Either get +!6 int, or 30 spellpower. Your cloak is a 264 badge cloak. You need to put 23 haste on it. You're not likely to upgrade this in the long run, so you might as well go for the best. Weapon, you get a pass, since that weapon has hit on it, but the next real healing weapon you get, please put 63 spellpower on it. Gloves need 28 spellpower, boots need tuskers unless you decide to spec into PoJ. Next healing chest needs 10 stats to chest, not 8.
