I agree with Grasen. Please delete this and reapply. While being a friend of a friend helps, it guarantees you nothing. Please put a little more effort into your application.

I talked to your gm in game and there was a clear understanding that I would'nt be anything more than a casual in your guild.. i dont care to raid on this toon or pvp.. i simply would like a home. What better place to try first than the guild that 5 of my friends are in?

Permission to half-ass an app is denied, and would be disrepectful to all those serious about apps.

Were a bit more mature (with exception of Sargus) than to "hate" on a person, we just take the act of apping a bit more seriously. So please don't misconstrue this as anything short of respect for the application process. Almost everyone in the guild has at one time been apping to this guild and speaking for myself, although I was shooting for a raid spot, mine took about 45 mins to construct. Weather or not you feel there was premission to "half ass it" or not, I feel a modification of a quote from Yoda is appropiate, "Do Or Do Not The Is Half Ass Try"

I understand the issues here. I do not wish to disrecspect the application process. I've spent time myself filling out a detailed application elsewhere. I found my situation to be unique and I thought it required less effort than that of someone applying for a raid spot.

I Appologize.

If I could say anything to defend myself it would be this...

If i had known this would be a "Public" app, I probably would have been more informative and respectfull of the guilds application process. I did read that it IS a "public" app during the process but my understanding was that it would only bee seen by officers in charge of recruiting or the GM himself. I never imagined that I would be defending myself and my application.

For what it's worth.. I did try to edit my application when I discovered that it was a very public application, and could not figure out how to do so, then shortly after.. I gave up.

I Love Downfall and all of it's members with an undying passion for we all share one comon interest, World of Warcraft. For this sole reason I consider all of you close allies in our efforts to ward off the danger to our World that is Deathwing... unless you keyboard turn, then you're on your own.

Someday you will look back on this situation and say "Damn Im sure glad we did'nt accept that guy!"

this is the most half assed app i have seen in a long time. Try hitting your deleate button and starting over, I should not be able to read your whole app in under 60 seconds while Aidin talks in my other ear......
