Did some grinding (ok let's be honest I transfered another toon over to this server so I could make my boots and bring some cash over lol - Oh God soon I will have all my toons here on this server ) ........

So got a couple upgrades and kind of figured out a few things with Lorb's healing (lol studied the parses - POM/COH/Renew/FH and as I run it it actually squeezes more thru put out.......)

So changed my Mouse over keybinds a bit will try this one out this weekend if I get invited back to Ulduar run on Saturday

I would like to add a few things to this app as I have looked it over and am appreciative of the nice comments but I think I really need to clarify a few things……

First off I blew my UI up (just curious what mishaps it might display lol
My key binds in that screen shot are not correct (I had just transferred to the server and had just set up my mods as to my dismay things were completely reset lol – was filling out the app as transfer was going thru so just got one random in before taking screen shot) so no I do not key bind my Prayer of Spirit

I spoke with Lorb last night in game but thought I would explain my ability spam priority that I use so I can get comments from Lorb and toaster and other priests I attempt to use POM/COH/FH/POH FH will get thrown in more and climb in priority when ever I crit to take advantage of surge of light…….
I looked over Maltoheals in RAWR and with the POM/COH/FH/POH (Raid Heal) Priority and some re-gemming Spirit/SP, Int/SP that should increase my sustained through put marginally but Gear upgrades are definitely in order (grinding the badges for Tier pieces (shoulders/gloves seem most logical = path of least resistance).
Now my comment to the other priests would be this (Holy mostly)
The Two piece Tier bonus (T10) seems marginal to me (still worth going for I feel) but the four piece really seems worthless for me --- Also I have two pieces of T9 (232 but could go after trophy’s from TOC 25 man – see a lot of those groups being put together and know that instance well) Would in, the short term it be worth going for a two set bonus. The Increases the healing done by your Prayer of Mending spell by 20% combined with Your Flash Heal has a 33% chance to cause the target to heal for 33% of the healed amount over 9 sec might be attractive (still not a big fan of that bonus personally)

Anyways would appreciate thoughts –

Also one other question – I am going to Duel spec this guy soon – Duel all healing or Heals/DPS ??
Recommendations on most useful combo for DF raids?

Talk last night to malto for a bit and seems like a great guy. He ask me a couple of questions about my healing that showed me he knew what he was doing. Ran twice with him now and both times he was the perfect fit for what a raid needs in all areas. He's got my vote..also nice to have some more older guys to talk to, gives salmon a little balance with all our young wipper-snappers :) don't worry girls, I'm not that old........

Duel healing would be nice

Duel healing would be nice anytime a group wants/needs a disc priest. However, as you can understand, having 2 disc priests in a raid sometime can clash with each other. Now I'm almost positive that toaster is at every Salmon raid, so you don't need to spec disc. Now. if you were to say, spec into one holy spec with body and soul, or even something that isn't used much like lightwell, that could be an advantage to you.

However in the long run, it's normally easier for healers to get a dps spec whenever a fight requires a dps race like how blood queen and saurfang used to be at the start of ICC. Eventually, it's more of whatever choice that you choose to make.

That would be great ..... Had a lot of fun (a small issue with forgetting to re-keybind vent so was keying in when I was spamming abilities but got it figured out and we were good)...

You guys are great and was interesting as I am a tank normally in our raids so enjoyed running the fights from my healer perspective......... Once again had a great time and if I sign up you will always see me there waiting (except to be honest I will not be parking outside the instance anymore lol --- forgot about getting sky ganked lol and sure enough a horde rogue took liberty lol)

Well nothing actually..... I am in the process of transfering things as I
feel it is time to move on and not be guild master anymore........I have spent 30 to 35 hours a week in the game and 10 to 15 out of game running this guild..... My main has nearly 240 days played and between my toons I am sure I am near 300 in Three years so it is time I be a follower perhaps and spend more time with the family.... :)

This is an extremely hard decision for me as I have put a tremendous amount
of time and effort over the last 3 plus years to build that guild to the point
it is today (have put the pieces in place so that it will continue as it
has)...

I will always have characters in that guild and will assist when I can but
need a break from the time and energy placed on running things and need a new
place of equally great people to mingle with......

My only fear I have is that quite a few of my top raiders will want to
follow me but it is my hope that is not the case.......

So all the rambling aside --- it is just time to move on I think and this is
a guild I have really admired for quite some time (I did not make the decision
to transfer to your server with Maltoheals and app to your guild hastily.... I
have been considering and looking your guild over for almost 6 months lol)....

You live in Seattle? Nice, that's close to quite a few of us. I'll start by saying nice application, it's a pleasant change of pace.

There are a few different kinds of Holy specs to go for, it depends on what you doing, so I wont go into that in great detail; a few talents are just preference. I don't get inspiration (have a resto shaman usually chain healing off the tank, they have less talents to get, so they should have those talents instead of you- my perspective at least) Lastly on the spec, how much use to you get out of [Divine Fury]? The spell reduction in ICC adds up, again, it depends on what your spec is tailored to.

Your gems seem to be all over the place. I just go SP in red, SP/haste in yellow and SP/spirit in blue sockets for the bonuses. Currently you have glyph of flash heal, but in your spec link you have CoH, I'd get that on your toon if you haven't already.

You seem a tad undergeared, but I will say I really like your application, nice detail and you definitely seem like you know what you are doing.

So made a few changes and ran with Salmon (the changes made a marginal difference I think)

I did however like dropping divine fury...... I made some Gemming changes as well after running a few things thru Rawr it appears that I gain more with the changes I made....

That being said none the less I respect this guild and know I would contribute.....

As for the gemming I have never been one to gem for socket bonus .... If it makes sense yes but often I try gemming for stat balancing

do not have a problem with critism either --- My thinking is the best player is never good enough .... should always be trying to get better... When you think your there thats when you have missed the boat lol.......... So I love to pick peoples brains that know their class.... I love the SP/haste in yellow ---- Haste is my little friend lol

I will look over reglytphing and read up on EJ some more and had thought of switching this spec up some (just have not been a fan of points in empowered healing) I was on the fense with Divine fury and Spell warding.... Infact had thought of shifting those points for the damage reduction

So very exciting to see so many local.... I grew up on the Oregon Coast (ha ha Went to Waldport High School)....
