I’m kinda confused at what haste breakpoint you’re trying to achieve (or not achieve). Provided that you want to stay around 15k spirit, you’re about 1796 haste rating away from an ideal breakpoint using Soul of the Forest to use with Wild Growth at a haste rating of 13593 (with a loss of 249 spirit), or 1044 haste rating away from a breakpoint without SoTF to give 2 extra ticks of Rejuvenation and Tranquility at a haste rating of 13163(with a loss of 189 spirit). Are you trying to gain a haste point while keeping a certain amount of haste, or just tossing gems and enchants into things to see if works for you? If you’re trying to hit the 12161 haste break point so you can get 14 extra stacks of LB with Glyph of Blooming, read later why it’s probablly not a good idea to use it and that haste break point.Take a look at these tables if you don’t understand what I’m asking about http://www.totemspot.com/vb/entry.php?b=41

As for swapping between the 3 level 60 talents, you really should consider not using Force of Nature as following from Icy-veins and the stickied resto druid post from warcraft forums state.

Icy-veins:"Force of Nature is the most underwhelming talent."

warcraft forums:”(Force of Nature) doesn’t cost any mana, and is pretty easy to “set and forget”, so this can be really helpful for new resto druids or people who first hit level 90. Not recommended for high-end raiding where Incarnation or SOTF would give you better control and output."

As for using Glyph of Blooming, it’s simply a PvP-oriented glyph. The only time I can see using this glyph is for 2 fights: Dreamwalker in ICC in 25 man (which can be completed with 3 geared healers at level 90 in less than 30 seconds, and you won’t have time to even let the bloom happen more than twice in that time period), and healing up Tsulong in the light phase in ToEs. Any other glyph would be better. Glyph of Rebirth would be ideal, or even Glyph of Regrowth if you use regrowth regularly.

I attempted to look for healing logs for you on warcraftlogs.com. The only log I could find was from 9/2 at http://www.warcraftlogs.com/reports/HNXmRkTMnJ9AVxwy , and I’m not exactly impressed with what I found.

Not using Lifebloom for a minute or 2, I get it. Things gets hectic at times, but to not use it even once on H. Immerseus? Even if the raid was split up into 2 lines, put it on someone (a tank, you, dps, someone) so you have Omen of Clarity/Clearcasting procs. In addition, while having the Glyph of Blooming equipped, your overhealing on the bloom of LB is around 80%, which leads to the point of that you do not need to use it in the first place especially the low number of blooms that you actually are allowing to go off.

Speaking of blooming, how can you possibly use a total of ONE wild mushroom bloom over 3 bosses? Just bloom it over 2 healable oozes on Immerseus, bloom it after every time calamity goes out on Protectors, and bloom it every time a black orb tics on Norushen.

The same goes with nature's swiftness and swiftmend. It's even MORE crucial to use swiftmend if you have spec into Soul of the Forest. You're just sitting on abilities and not using them. This is a personal pet peeve that I have of plenty of resto druids and many other healers that sit on 20k+ spirit. They have the longevity to take the distance of any fight, but don’t have the ability to get out heals fast enough on something like the “every stack on the tank through phase 1 and 2 of Garrosh” strat. Look at your mana usage on Immerseus. You received one mana puddle buff, yet you’re sitting at more than 66% mana for the whole fight. Saying that there’s 2 disc priests and a holy paladin in the raid to eat up all your heals is no excuse for you, and don’t stay that everyone’s ilevel is higher than yours. Look at Albelso’s just raw healing numbers. The 2 priests and the holy paladin aren’t healing right either.

Oh and a few more things……..

Your WEAPON hasn’t been enchanted for at least a month and your OH hasn’t been enchanted for 2 weeks. Even looking at your armory in advanced mode would have told that, and that includes the following: you have been missing a JC-ONLY gem for quite a while. Even Grasen from 8 months ago put in this in his comments in THIS exact app:”It drives me mad when people apply to a raiding guild and havent even gemmed and enchanted their gear.”

Firstly, thank you for taking the time to fill out the app! It's nice to see there are still plenty of people who want to put forth the effort to really try and app to a guild. I've got a few questions, I mean no offense by them at all, just want to clear a few things up!

1. Is English your native language? Again this is not meant to be an offensive question, but in several of the questions of the app, you gave slighty confusing answers.
2. "What talent build do you use to raid?" This means which talents and glyphs do you choose, not what talents do you bring to a raid. Maybe you could clarify that for us.
3. "What is your favorite boss encounter, and why?" You put Beth, but then described Alysrazor. I'm guessing you mean Alysrazor (it's been quite awhile since we've all been there so I understand the confusion)
4. When asking about least favorite boss encounter, it's often better to describe mechanics you either were not good at, or ones you thought just didn't work for the encounter. (also boring fights that have no mechanics you enjoy and just feel isn't worth being called a "boss" works too)
5. You say you're in California, but you're also Mountain Time zone? From my understanding, and please correct me if I'm wrong, but all of Cali is in PST from everything I can find.

Just as a last note about your app, our normal hard and fast rule is 18 or older. That rule is in place because to be perfectly frank we don't want to upset any parents hearing us swear over mumble or maybe tell jokes/stories that are inappropiate for folks of the younger/more impressionable age. However, we have bent that rule in the past. So don't count yourself out based on age.
Now onto the question I have about your character

1. It looks like you just dinged 90 not too long ago, you've managed to get yourself some decent gear, but you've neglected to enchant or gem any of it? You're VERY low on spirit and I would say getting your hands on whatever gems and enchants you can would go a long way in improving your character. As an extra note, ALL Downfall raids (even my flex) require fully enchanted and gemmed gear. It's just a way to ensure were not carrying someone who can be pulling more weight. I know gear comes and goes quickly, but putting the time into that gear can go a long way in helping you earn it's replacement.

I would talk more about your character, but to be frank again I honestly don't know druids too well. I can just barely make a passable boomkin. So I'm going to leave talents, glyphs, and other choices you've made open to someone more qualified.
