BM can be perfectly viable, especially since the Aspect of the Hawk buff. BM gets 25% extra attack power additionally from the Aspect, making BM damage during BW very very good. You will find BM to be forgiving in battlegrounds, but any arenas outside of 2s will be very challenging.
Before I go into the next section on spell pen, I need to inform you that spell pen DOES NOT in any way affect trap resists. That being said:
Things you need to change:
Cloak enchant (use 70 spell pen here, and change one of your 50 spell pen gems into a 20 spell pen and 20 resilience gem). This will give you 190 spell pen, which will be good enough as survival to keep you from doing 25% less damage on resistance targets. You lose 50 crit, but the exchange is much better.
Cloak (yes, change your cloak. Crit is way better than mastery right now for all specs, so a cape of cruelty would be best).
Chest enchant (use 40 resilience to chest. resil is just too good to use stats.)
Meta gem: If you are having trouble with roots/snares, you have master's call. I think the agility/3% crit damage gem would be a better choice. If roots and snares are a constant issue for you, you might want to glyph master's call instead of trap launcher.
Head and Shoulder enchants are fine, but the resilience ones will probably out weigh them in the end. I haven't switched over to the resilience ones yet either, but I probably will.

Your survival spec appears to be a raiding spec with some screwed up glyphs so I'll give you a pass for now. If you pvp as survival post below and I'll give you a break down on how to be a better SV hunter.

Aeolyn — Sun, 02/27/2011 - 23:45I PVP as BM (just BGs and 2s, but the spec plays well there). It works fine in an environment suited to it.
If you want to PVP as Surv, as you mentioned, I'll offer what I can. Derc is pretty much -the- go to guy for Hunter thoughts these days though.
At any rate, my spec adjustments if I were going to PVP as Surv would be as follows:
2 points in Survival Tactics. With health totals being what they are now we're a lot more about control than just bursting people down (generally). You can't control people terribly well if you can't trap them. So traps not being resisted is pretty flippin' important. I also think Entrapment is a decent talent since it lets you stop people trying to close a gap between you using Snake Trap. But that's a lot more of a playstyle thing and not something I'd insist everyone do. It's nice to be able to have Snake as a potential stopper in the event that your freezing trap gets broken or otherwise fails you and you need to get someone off.
I don't like Serpent Spread in a PVP build. You're just going to render other targets unCCable. I'm also not really sold on Sniper Training. You're rarely going to hold still. And at that point you're just taking it for the Kill Shot crit chance. If you're okay with that then take it. I'd prefer something like Mirrored Blades. Even if its just one spare point: a 50% chance to make someone smack themselves with their own spell is a great trick to have.
Oh, and Black Arrow will never do any real damage. It's very slow to do damage anyways and can be removed easily. I wouldn't even take it in a pure PVP spec. I'd rather go into another tree and take, like, One With Nature. Or Spirit Bond. Or Bestial Discipline. Or all of those.
My glyph advice won't be too specific: But I would have Explosive, Kill, probably Master's Call. And Raptor Strike. Seriously. Raptor Strike is the best glyph ever. EVER. I have a mouseover Raptor Strike button on my mouse and I press it all the time. I even smack PVE bosses when they're going to pusle damage that I can't avoid.
The defense it offers is obscene. I literally kill other Hunters as BM by getting up in their face, Raptor Strike spamming at them, and letting my BM Hunter pet eat them alive. It flat out destroys Surv and Marks Hunters who can't shoot me but my pet can still ruin them.

Honestly, Glyphs of Serpent Sting, and Raptor Strike are optional. You may prefer to have cheaper traps with Glyph of Trap Launcher, or you may find Glyph of Rapid Fire or Glyph of Arcane Shot more useful. I prefer Glyph of Serpent Sting.
Keep in mind, that Glyph of Raptor Strike is only useful if you remember to USE Raptor Strike. Another idea for use instead of Raptor Strike or Trap Launcher, is Glyph of Freezing Trap. It can be really fun.

I think you may find it stronger than BM . Outside that, for PvP I would suggust the honor enchants for helm and shoulders over the ones your useing. 3k honor total for both,
