Hey guys, thanks for the invite for the ICC raid tonight and TK/BT runs yesterday. They were a lot of fun! I got just under 7k rep in BT (enough for my Exalted!) which was awesome.

It was great to finally see some 25 hardmodes in action; I'm itchin to kill Deathwhisper! I'd love to get another shot at her.

Just did a 10m with Raziella - She did great!!

- She has good situational awareness - wasn't standing in fires - paying attention and had great healing.

- Really Fast on decurses - great job!

- Patient - We wiped a lot and she did not jump ship - stuck with us even though the content wasn't "new"

Swiftmend - You glyph swiftmend, it looks like you save it for emergancies.  I recommend using swiftmend everytime it is off CD especially on fights were like H Saurfang where you have a few people taking heavy damage. It is a good instant heal (mine hits for about 20k) with a 15second CD.

Lifebloom - This is your most used spell... stop it. <3 It got heavily nerfed since BC and became a situational spell. LB is your most used spell but your lowest healing and highest mana cost. Trade it for rejuv... You want to throw rejuv on everything that is or may take damage. People taking mild damge you want to hit with rejuv > regrowth > SW > nourish. Use LB for people taking very little damage or when you get clear casting so you can get a free heal and mana.

Gear:

I see you have SP + INT gems for the gem bonuses. Do you find yourself short on mana without those gems? As a tree the Gems you want (if you want the set bonuses)

I generally gem with red gems unless I really want the bonus or need a specific stat. We generally get more from a solid red gem than the combo gems + bonus... Example:

[Bone Sentinel's Amulet] (97sp +10spr) + Runed Cardinal (23sp) = 131.64 sp 
[Bone Sentinel's Amulet] + Purified Dread (12sp +10spr) + bonus (5sp) = 115.58 sp

... so if you are generally good on mana I would replace the combo gems with straight SP.

In closing she has skill and patience - I think she would do great!

I had to come back just to sing my praises for Raziella.  

Yes, she used to raid alot with my 10man, and she was extremely good, learned fast and took direction very very very well!  And she could play a tree like no other!

But!  The thing that impressed me the most, was that she was not even a core member of my 10man for a while!  But she always kept herself unlocked from ICC 10 to help out even though my raid was pretty late in the week.  And whether I was asking her to heal or dps, she was always willing to come on short notice, even if it was only for a couple bosses, I never heard a single word of complaint.  She was honestly just happy to help!  

So honestly, shes skilled, she has a great sense of humor, shes patient, always willing to help, waiting to wait to fill in,  and just an all around great person.  :D

OH!  And she's also one hell of a raider.

I would mention that she used to raid with us in Kinetics' old 10 man hard modes, including our awesome 8 man LK kill, that her healing was good and that her offspec dps was a tad undergeared (though she did her job of knocking adds back well), but I won't say any of that.

Given you guys though, it'll be more effective to just say that she has boobs and plays lots of video games. Slip her a few g and she'll probably talk nerdy to you.
