Tell us a little of your history in WoW.:

I've been playing for 7 years on and off. Started out casual and messed around with some pugs in BC, but began to actually raid in WotLK. Not much else to say really, my raid history and mentality is detailed elsewhere in the application.

How do you feel about the state of your class in the game?:

Windwalkers are OP at the moment. However it just sucks when people chalk my high damage up solely to me being a windwalker, as that detracts from my skill as a player.

What led you to our guild and what would you like to accomplish with us?:

I was slightly (unintentionally and non maliciously) misled as to the state of Vii Gaming's raid group and after transferring to Warsong, am looking for another raiding guild to join that is less in its infancy. I have had a discussion with Vii's raid leader, Dejablue, and we have been nothing but amicable and straight-forward. He even offered to be a reference for me if I decided to apply to any other guilds on this server.

To be frank, I want to top your dps charts while at the same time progressing through raids. I'm very competitive, and am always striving to improve, and love seeing the results of that work. I love the feeling of raiding with a solid group where everyone is on the same level of dedication and skill, and I don't mind wiping as long as we're progressing.

I will use this space to mention that the only gripe I've had with some guilds I've been in the past is the inability to hold raiders accountable for their performance. I'm looking for a guild that isn't afraid to sit someone if they aren't performing up to par. Again, I'm not overly elitist looking for world ranks, but my single pet peeve with raiding is when there are specific people bottlenecking and holding back a raid group.

Which addons do you consider essential and why?:

Most important/core raiding addons (excluding standard things like unit frames and action bars) for me are WeakAuras and DBM. Weakauras provides all the information I need to optimally execute my rotation, and DBM is pretty straight-forward.

What do you like in particular about the UI you are currently using?:

It's clean and informative in combat, and outside of combat when not in a group, most of it becomes hidden, which makes questing and exploration much more fun because it allows it to be more immersive.

Ruby Sanctum 10H/25 (Participated in server second/faction first 10 Heroic kill)
ICC - Was 11/12 25-man Heroic when I took a break from the game.

Cataclysm:
Didn't raid, but PVP'd casually with some friends and hit a peak of 2200 in 3s and 1750 in 2s.

Mists of Pandaria (a little more detailed information, as this is more recent):
Mogu'shan Vaults - 6/6 10, 5/6 10H
Heart of Fear - 6/6 10 (1 heroic kill on my rogue Reflectiion)
Terrace of Endless Spring - 4/4 Regular
Throne of Thunder - 12/12 10 Regular (Server first in progression throughout)
SoO - Was on a hiatus from raiding

Side notes:
In WotLK, I was the #1 geared balance druid on my server, in the top guild on my server.
In MoP, floated around the top 3 rogues while I played rogue, and then became the most geared Mistweaver on the server after swapping mains. I also held a #2 world record on worldoflogs.com for a short period of time as a healer.

Other games:
I was ranked Diamond 5 in season 4 of League of Legends. I was in the top 1% of all ranked players at my peak.

Describe Your Playstyle:

Aside from cooldowns:

Keep RSK and TP buffs up at all times
FoF on cd, ideally when low energy, using 10 stack TEB if available
Chi wave whenever off cd if no risk of energy cap

Most significant aspect of my rotation is to make sure I'm not capping energy. Not every GCD needs to be used as long as energy isn't about to cap.

What specializations do you have experience with?:

I've raided as a mage, resto shaman, elemental shaman, balance druid, assassination/combat rogue, mistweaver, and windwalker.

What are your most and least favorite boss encounters?:

I really enjoyed the Lich King fight, but that's probably many people's answer. Durumu the Forgotten was a really fun fight, there was so much going on. In fact, many of the fights in ToT were fun to me, many of them felt pretty unique.

I work in a network operations center as a support desk analyst for a small IT company that supports many large clients. I have always loved to play video games, and they are a large part of my life.
