You might want to talk to a salmon officer about their raid availability as well (ataraxia, reusch, resqtoaster, foreverstar). You're a nice guy and people have said good things about you, so id love to find a way to get you into a downfall raid.

Celebra — Sat, 08/14/2010 - 07:05Had Rorath in my sisters ICC10. His healing was on par, he didn't stand in anything bad, he didn't die early. His performance was very good.
The run itself was a struggle, we lost a healer after marrowgar (zomg bad shammy who absolutely REFUSED to be in melee or pop hero) and we had some low dps, we wiped a few times but ended up pushing out 8/10. Roraths attitude was cheerful and determined. Didn't complain after a wipe even if it was over something dumb. I like when a guild app runs in my 10m because usually they struggle so you get to see what the person is like when things are NOT optimal, and in 10m you really get a chance to talk to the person and see how well they interact with others in a raid setting. On a scale of 1-5 as far as what this guild expects of its members I give him a 5.
One thing that was dissappointing was that we tried to reform the following day and he was about an hour late to show up. I turned our 10m into a gruul run at that point, because he wasnt the only one missing, so I didn't get a chance to find out what happened, altho it was quite early in the morning for him so I'd wager he overslept.

Onrique — Fri, 07/30/2010 - 22:32Relax. We're pretty laid back here (im about as laid back as they get). The best thing for you to do is to make yourself available on raid nights. My typical advice for a guild app is to save your ICC 25 lockout for us til thursday. I hate whispering applicants to come raid and have them tell me that they are locked.
