We've been looking for a hunter in KB for a couple weeks now, but you haven't been around. Need to see you online during raid times to get a shot. Lack of activity here and offline when we need you can lead to a closed application.

First off like some other people were saying your MM spec is not what it should be.

Take the one point out of Aspect Mastery, 1 point from Go For the Throat, and 1 point from Focused Aim, take 3 points out of Endurance Training (Why in the world do you have this).I would also recommend you take one pt from Trueshot aura, as you will usually find in a raid that DK's or shammys will already carry this buff.

Now you should be left with seven points, drop 3 into Imp Barrage, 2 into Rapid Recoup (you can also pt one pt in here and grab Trueshot aura if you rlly want it), and two points in Survival Instincts.

Now Gem wise ARP at your lvl of gear is a no go, usually you want to wait until 700-800 ARP from gear alone, 700 if your JC/BS, 800 if you're not. You are MUCH better doing what other hunters here have suggested and going straight into full agi red gems, or gem like i did and use 20 agi gems in your red sockets, and 10 agi 10 crit in your yellow ones.

Now your pet spec, you need to use wolf obviously and take the three points out of stamina (you like stam don't you) and throw them into Cobra Reflexes, and Dash.

Glyphs: you need to get rid of Chimera Shot, its pretty useless, and grab up either glyph of kill shot, or Glyph of Hawk. My recommendation is Kill shot as your haste is good enough to drop your steady below the 1.5 mark.

Enchants: like others have said your shoulder enchant is garbage, get the epic one. Also why in the world do you have 44 attack power on your gloves? get 20 agi.

Also Gem wise take that nightmare gem out of your helm and throw it in your chest or pants. I don't know why in the world you would put that in a red socket and not a blue one.

Your gear says that you have 7.23% hit. So why did you spec into 3/3 Focused Aim in both of your specs, when you only really need 1/3 or a Draenei in your group?

I was in the group he ran with for RS the night the server came up and he seemed to do well in terms of dps but it seems like he would worry to much about his dps and tunnel vision at times and get hit by things like orbs in p2.

But besides those few times he did a very good job and would take the initiative to go to the shadow realm in p3 when a melee dps would die to keep it even and that's a plus to me because it shows that he's paying attention to what's going on for the most part and just needs to tunnel vision a little less but overall I was impressed.
