so i never really raided hardcore in vanilla, i did a few pug runs in ZG and MC, but nothing major, in BC i raided everything from kara to BT, downing all but Vashj, Kael'thas, Archimonde, and Illidan, nor did i kill any more then Kalecgos in SWP, in Wrath i downed all content minus HM Anub25, HMLK 10/25, or HM25 Sind, i did a few hardmodes in 25 ULD at current but not all, however i did in 10m, in Cata ive cleared all normal mode bosses in 10m, and a few in 25, but not all. i have also done H Halfus 10m

PvP

PvP Experience:

i may get frusterated but never have anger outbursts... unless i kill someone and have little health left and a rogue pops out of no where and one shots me, but nothing serious =)

First off, go into your video settings. Look for the Video Resolution. Change it to: 1,280px × 712px. Or something similar.

Second, well the spec you is "viable", but not optimal. You want more damage through talents. You can make up the hit through gear.

aight ill try it out, normally im playing on a 42" plasma but im at a friends atm on a significantly smaller moniter so i can repost a pic once i get back into my house, and yeah i just wasnt sure if all the reforging to hit instead of mastery haste would be better then the extra point in Opportunity. and yeah i was doing children's week stuff with vanity gear on, should be fixed now

Alright, as long as you're not one of those apps that go... "I had no idea I can change the resolution" or a "I like it this way it makes me look buff".

But yea, Opportunity gives more damage than the couple hundred rating of mastery's worth.

Looking at armory, it actually looks fine. No glaring mistakes. No wtf moments. Stuff is enchanted and gemmed.

It's just not as optimal as it can be, if you're into that sort of thing.

Have you heard of Shadowcraft? It's a webtool the folks of Elitist Jerks have been tinkering with. You can use it to determine optimal setups with the gems, reforging, spec.

Anyways, tinkering around a bit myself you can get at least a 117.6 dps increase with the optimizations. Play with it yourself if ya want and see if you can figure out the changes yourself. ;p

fixed spec to 33/2/8, seems to be doing a bit more just from target dummy, i usually use a site called mrrobot, does kind of the same thing but just goes by stat order, more so for maximizing hit rating values and such cause atm im right at 17%spell hit, but generally for the gem ruling i do all agi unless the socket bonus is agi as well, then i do agi/mast or agi/hit if i need it, and on the shadowcraft i noticed its having me reforge to hit when i would already be over the needed cap, idk i guess ill just have to play around with it and ill probably just end up changing gems if i feel it provides enough dps increase to make it worth the cost

yeah 31 sorry, tried writing it by memory lol, and i got the reforgeing from the www.askmrrobot.com site, on the shadowcraft it was telling me to reforge into 225 hit rating, out 128, and then out another 208 by switching enig cogwheels, so idk what it did but i feel like id be short some, i may be reading it wrong but from what i can see with my limited knowledge of the program

Oh yea if you're switching cogwheels and gems too. Then I get you at 1309 hit rating. Sure it's below, but it's optimal. Reforging to get past the cap at cost of the mastery or whatever gives less dps in theory at least.

so i think i understand the program, the 50dps increase that im getting from reforging and regemming would put me down to 1084 hit and a 2.42% miss chance for spells, would that be more viable in the end run? still toying with the program so will update post if i figure anything else out

Hmm. Skip the auto-gemming. That's not a smart gem. Instead do that manually, see if it increases or decreases EP if you skip socket bonuses.

Auto-reforging though, that part works fine.

kk so from the looks of it the gemming straight agi IS in fact a dps increase, but theres no uncut infernos on ah at time of this post, so i will have to get those either when more are posted or when the delicate cut drops in price cause atm there over 100g for 1, but ive already reforged everything to max dps
