I'm only using subterfuge because of the energy bonus from the set of pvp pieces I have, generally I run shadow focus for the cheaper ambush. For AoE heavy fights I will swap glyph of blade furry in. My combat opener usually goes  ambush-revealing strike-sinister strike till 5 combo points- apply slice and dice-sinister strike until 5 combo points- apply rupture-  by this point your energy is low enough to justify using killing spree. for AoE fights I throw on blade furry and continue with single target usually, and will apply the bleed from crimson tempest if everyone will live long enough to receive some damage from it. Always prioritize killing spree over AR/SB because of the restless blades passive ability. With regards to rupture I mainly use it single target situations, or sometimes on a strong member of the opposition that will sustain enough damage from it to justify wasting 5 combo points on it, never really use it in heavy AoE situations though. And yes unfortunately at this moment i only have 6 pve pieces but working on a set as i used to just strictly pvp with this toon.

i have done only two strats for shamans. one being the usual kiting method around outside, and a 3 tank method, where we would take earthbreaker into the room from which they came. I dont particularly like this fight just because of all the wipes through progression and the countless hours waiting on tanks. And in answers to DBM yes i do use it. very helpful add-on for anyone to use
