I like them, they make things a lot easier and give more information to help you. I know there are a few specifically for the warlock class that I enjoy, soul stone reminders/Health stones/cool downs and things to make summoning easier and that is just to name a few.

Raid Experience:

Well, I'll admit, it has been a few years since I did raids, So I have not done any raids on the newest raids, but with this guild I did Serpent Shrine Caverns, Karazahn, The Eye (Never beat Kael'thas, I had poor gear and was not dealing enough DPS and was asked to leave for this boss, I only did this raid a few times and each time we were having trouble so I either opted out for someone more powerful to come in or was asked to leave, in which I never argued about not leaving, I understood and figured I am here to help the guild and not for myself, purples are just a side effect.

Well, I enjoy helping others, I like to work and do things the old fashioned way. (Meaning if I had a choice between using a snow blower or shoveling snow, I'd rather shovel, it is hard to stay active during the winter and the harder route will help keep me in shape.

No, actually, they don't. Some use mouse-over macros, still others use clique--which I wouldn't put in even remotely the same ballpark as "clicking".

Moreover, said applicant is not a healer, unless you count health stones.
