Which addons do you consider essential and why?:

When WoW first came out there were no mods. Over time mods such as CT Mod, KTM, and Decursive were developed which made raiding easier. They have developed into better mods such as DBM which are very useful for getting everyone on the right page. Current mods save time, help with buffs, and get people in line who have may not of read up on the strats. Honestly mods can be a double edged sword where yes they are useful in eliminating down time and make things easier but at the same time they can make people too dependent on them lessening their skills over time as a player. As we have all seen with wow Mods may not be available right away and many players who become dependent end up lost without their mods and performances do suffer because of it.

PvE

Raid Experience:

Every instance in the game except for ICC. In vanilla I was a resto druid main healer and raid leader. Until patch 1.08 came out with new feral talents which made feral tanking viable. At that point I became a main tank through all of BC main tanking in an end game raiding guild. After completing everything on my druid I rerolled a horde warrior and was spec'd fury and was the number 1 dps in the guild.

So this guy here.... He was playing wow long before I started, I used to hop in their vent (he and my sister were playing horde on another server) and quiz them on quests....gear....specs....fights.... He always had a vast knowledge of this game. He would be a great addition to our guild. He has a sarcastic and dry sense of humor much like myself, and he always was willing to help out.

I know his gear is a bit behind, a little over a teir tbh. They (he and my sister) came to alli side a while ago and were gearing different toons for a 10m we were doing, but that group broke up and they quit playing. They both came back to wow a week or two ago and were hoping to get into some raids. Of course they will be working on their gear and he has no expectations of our guild. I suggested he apply here because we have so many other raids going on that he could maybe help out with for some mutual gearing.

TL:DR He is a good guy, smart wow player and has a great sense of community. He would do well in Downfall, and we would do well to have him.

Be gentle when you rape his app...
